Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Auto Manual Traffic Signalling system under local Police authority at different locations of Nabadiganta Industrial Township Area for the period of one year (365 days) under NDITA which may be extended upto 3(three) years on the basis of satisfactory performance of the said work as per same terms & conditions and item rates.-Annual Maintenance of Auto -Manual Traffic signalling system at the auto manual signal & blinking system to be maintained properly so that th system can be utilized smoothly without any trouble with the following : a) Forthnightly cleaning of signal display head including Lenss ,refector b) Aligning the display head to the Traffic direction.c) Checking the termination point once in a month.d) Replacing the fuse LED lamp as and when required.e) Checking, repairing the signal and blinking control modules as and when required.f) Routine maintenance of signal controller.g) Painting the signaling system complete with Poles once in a year, with proper anti-corrosive paint & enemel paint.Locations:- 1) Nicco Park, 2) Nabojyoti Club, 3) Ring Road/RS Software, 4) Nabadiganta Bhavan, 5) Nabadiganta IDEAL/PANACHE, 6) Techno India University, 7) Bihar Warrior Cut-out, 8) CSTC Garage, 9) 215 Bus Stand, 10) Philips More, 11) MunsefBheriI, 12) Lohapole, 13) KIA Motors and 14) 215 Bus Stand Entrance.14 Nos.point X 12 Months = 168 Points per yearRef: Approved rate of NKDA vide Work Order no. 8758/EE (E)/NKDA/Elect/2022-23 dtd. 12/09/2023 2 The following items are considered in this BOQ for replacement of any damaged/unserviceable accessories in connection with maintenance of the said signalling systems as and when required.Dismentling steel tubular poles in C.C. foundation including excavation, filling of holes, restoring surface, loading at site and delevering, unloading , sorting, stacking properly at any place as per direction upto a lead of 1.6 K.M. 3 Supplyingswagedandweldedsteeltubular poleof following specifications as per IS 2317: 1980) 9m length, 164Kg, 410-SP-33 4 Supply of single arm bracket made of 40mm dia 1.5 meter long 5 Erection of single steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600 x 600 x 150mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 Mts. dia and 0.30 Mts. above ground level including 3mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6km from store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.a) Upto 9.0 mtr. size: 0.6x0.6x1.70 mts. 6 Earthing with 50mm dia GI Pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4Mts. Long) 13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers including S & F 15mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the gound level by ISI-Medium GI Pipe. 7 Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil. 8 SUPPLYING OF FOLLOWING XLPE INSULATED ALUMINUM CONDUCTOR ARMORED CABLES OF 1.1KV GRADE AS PER IS 7098 (PART 1) 1988 (i) 10 sqm 4 core 9 Laying of one No. cable upto 35 Sqmm. In underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth. With brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 10 Supply and delivery of 50mm dia heavy gauge polythene pipe for mechanical protection of underground cable.Dia - 50mm 11 Supplying and drawing 1.1KV Single Core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necessary connection as required from terminal box at Bottom end to the respective LED fittings.f) 4 x 36/0.3(2.5 sqmm.) 12 Add GST@18% on Sl. No. 1 to 2.10 13 Add labour cess @1% on Sl. No. 1 to 3
