Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Institutional; Electrical System Or Installation, Water Transfer Pumping System, Pipelines; Service Provider : SITC of Pump set (Hydropneumatic system) at NIFTEM, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana. SITC of Pump set (Hydropneumatic system) at NIFTEM, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Hydro-pneumatic system with vertical inline Multistage pumps shall be with C.I. Base, S.S 304, impeller, shaft, mechanical seal, S.S. Shaft directly coupled to motor suitable for operation on 400/440 volts, 3 phase 2900 RPM. TEFC electronic motor mounted on a common channel baseplate 150mm dia. pressure gauge, GM isolation cock and on the existing cement concrete foundation with all accessories such as NRVs, valves, common suction and delivery header, bellows on sucton and delivery side complete in all respects. The scope includes pressure switches, VFD based control panel with starters, protections, relays, cables, interlocking with level & pressure switches. Suction / Delivery Piping all connections, etc complete for domestic supply only. Panel to be compatible to MODBUS IP, with the adequate I/O. The scope also includes dismantling & removal of existing old/faulty pumps under buyback scheme. Total Quantity :
