Ii) Renovation /Repairing Of Iei In The Health Centre.; 1 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 2 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materialwithin 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 4 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars 5 Form work Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. 6 Brick work with Ist class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricksin foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 7 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 8 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 9 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to preparethe surface even and smooth complete. 10 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’ specifications including appropriate priming coat,preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work:- 11 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : — New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). 12 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work 13 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry@3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.
