Providing Miscellaneous Services For Maintenance/Upkeep/Cleaning Of All Type Of Equipment, Office And Store Assistance, Housekeeping, Horticulture Works And Handling Of All Materials At Erpl-Bolpur Pump Station-Assistance in condition based monthly/ yearly maintenance of mainline pump including cleaning, refilling of oil, disposal of waste in proper place including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 2 Providing support service in Mainline engine 250 Hrs maintenance by shifting of Glacier filter to workshop, cleaning of filter, disposal of waste in proper place, oiling of fuel rack etc. including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 3 Service support in condition based quarterly/monthly maintenance of compressor including engine of the diesel compressor. Cleaning of filter, external cleaning of cooling pipe and general cleaning of the compressor including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 4 Service support in condition based qtrly/half yearly maintenance of the compressor, Cleaning of filter, external cleaning of cooling pipe and general cleaning of the compressor. Shifting of old lube oil from Air compressor room to sump pump etc. Shifting & cleaning of all parts like valves and heads of Air Compressor, inter stage cooler etc. from compressor room to workshop & back including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 5 Service support in condition based yrly maintenance of the compressor, Cleaning of filter, external cleaning of cooling pipe and general cleaning of the compressor. Shifting of old lube oil from Air compressor room to sump pump etc. Shifting & cleaning of all parts like valves and heads of Air Compressor, inter stage cooler etc. from compressor room to workshop & back including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 6 Service support in condition based qtrly maintenance of centrifuge in shifting of Centrifugal Bowl from shed to workshop and vice versa, cleaning, including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 7 Service support in condition based Half yrly/ yrly/ 2 yrly maintenance of centrifuge in shifting of Centrifugal Bowl from shed to workshop and vice versa, cleaning, including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 8 Assistance in condition based monthly maintenance of fire fighting engine and pump, cleaning of engine & pump including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 9 Assistance in condition based 2 yrly/ 4 yrly maintenance of fire fighting engine and pump, cleaning of engine & pump including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 10 Assistance in condition based monthly maintenance of Jockey pump, cleaning including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 11 Assistance in replacement of engine lube oil in mainline engine (1450 ltrs approx). Lube Oil from engine shed to sump pump, shifting of old & new filter element, shifting of old & new engine oil. Cleaning of engine sump, cam chamber, oil bath chamber and removing old lube oil from pipings including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 12 Providing support service in Mainline engine 1500/3000/1800 Hrs. Maintenance by shifting of heavy components and materials from pump shed to workshop and vice versa. Service support in removal of Breather valve from M/L engines, cleaning and refitting; cleaning of injectors components including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 13 Service support in cylinder head replacement of mainline engine including assistance in removing & fitting of head, cleaning of parts shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 14 Assistance in shifting of new lube oil filled drum each 210 ltrs from lubeoilshed to pump shed for top up in mainline engine by operation dept. 15 Support service for condition based Qtrly/ 2 yrly maintenance of DU pump including general cleaning of the unit, Suction strainer cleaning and assistance in Loosening and tightening of the bolts and nuts including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 16 Assistance for condition based Qtrly/ 4 yrly maintenance of sump pump including assistance in general cleaning of the unit and greasing of all the valves including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 17 Assistance for condition based Qtrly/ Hyrly/ Yrly maintenance of OWS pump including assistance in general cleaning of the unit and greasing of all the valves including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 18 Providing support service for condition based Hyrly/ Yrly maintenance of station valves including assistance in general cleaning and greasing including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 19 Providing support service in cleaning of mainline pumping unit including auxilliaries with cotton waste, cloth(supplied by owner) including disposing of all oilly waste into proper dustbinincluding shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 20 Providing support services of labour for all other miscellaneous job in station. 21 Providing support services of labour as and when required for assistance in breakdown, predictive proactive maintenance, defective attending and exigency in extended hours. This item will be operated if the service of labour is utilized beyond normal working of 8 hours per day. 22 Cleaning of rupture tank of mainline engine including cleaning of drain line including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 23 Support service for PIG preparation, lunching, retrieving including shifting, cleaning of PIG retrieved from barrel, cleaning shifting of old & new filters (in each bank) including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 25 Cleaning of compressors & fire fighting enginesincluding their starting vessel and pipings etc. including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 26 Providing support service for condition based Hyrly/ Yrly maintenance of Basket Strainerincluding assistance in general cleaningand greasing including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 27 Providing support service for condition based Monthly maintenance of EG at Pump station including assistance in general cleaningand greasing including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 28 Providing support service for condition based Qtrly/ Hyrly/ Yrly maintenance of Foam Pump station including assistance in general cleaning and greasing including shifting of tools, and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site 30 Assistance for refilling of DRA Chemical in storage tank forinjection pumpby operation dept. 31 Cleaning of CF Unit, DMFA Pump, DU Pump, DRA Skid unit, Foam Pump, 250KL Crude storage tank etc.including tools and tackles as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. 32 Assistance in condition based monthly maintenance of 800 KVA transformer including cleaning of transformer, oil and winding temperature checking, silica gel replacement, etc. complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 33 Assistance in condition based yearly maintenance of 800 KVA transformer including cleaning of transformer, oil and winding temperature checking, silica gel replacement, IR value checking of transformer windings, earthing connection checking, nut bolt tightening, dismantling and reassembling of Transformer terminals, etc. complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 34 Assistance in condition based half -yearly maintenance of 11 KV VCB maintenance including IR value measurement and checking, greasing and general cleaning of VCB, tightening of jaw of VCB, checking of electrical controls of VCB etc. complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 35 Assistance in condition based yearly maintenance of Bus duct including cleaning, tightening of nut-bolts, terminal checking complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 36 Assistance in condition based half yearly maintenance of 400 KVA DG including general cleaning, IR checking, tightening of nut bolts, earthing connections etc. complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 37 Assistance in condition based half yearly maintenance of LT motors including IR value checking, general cleaning, panel and terminal block cleaning, greasing, etc. complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 38 Assistance in condition based half yearly measurement of earth pit readings inside ERPL, Bolpur including measurement of individual earth pit as well as grid resistance values complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 39 Assistance in condition based half-yearly maintenance of cable trench including general cleaning, cable inspection and checking, etc. complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 40 Assistance in condition based half yearly maintenance of bulk storage heater including cable inspection and checking, etc. complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 41 including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 42 Assistance in condition based quarterly maintenance of PCC/ MCC Panels at ERPL, Bolpur including cleaning of bus bars, electrical components, checking of control and power system, tightening of jaw, etc. complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 43 Assistance in condition based half yearly maintenance of Centrifuge system electrical panels and related motors including general cleaning, cable inspection and checking, etc. complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 44 Assistance in condition based yearly checking of Insulating Joint/Coupling complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 45 Assistance in condition based half- yearly general checking of FLT & High Mast Towers including replacement of light fittings with owner supplied luminaries and associated accessories, greasing of Gearbox and motor of High Masts, cable replacement etc., complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 46 Assistance in condition based half yearly/yearly general maintenance of Mainline Engine Electrical Auxiliaries including IR value checking, General cleaning and panel and terminal block checkingetc., complete in all respect including tools, tackles, etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. 47 Providing support services of labour as and when required for assistance in breakdown, predictive proactive maintenance, defective attending and exigency. 48 Providing support services of labour as and when required for assistance in breakdown, predictive proactive maintenance, defective attending and exigency in extended hours. This item will be operated if the service of labour is utilized beyond normal working of 8 hours per day. 49 Dusting of inside and cleaning of outside surface of various electrical and electronicpanels like PCC, MCC, PLC, UPS, Chargers etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer (fortnightly). 50 Carrying telephone instruments for repair/ replacement from control building to site, admin. building, assistance in checking of telephone cables, restoration of telephone service as per instruction. 51 Assistance in taking battery readings, pouring of distilled water, applying petroleum jelly in lead acid batteries, cleaning of battery terminals taking all precautions for safety, cleaning of battery terminals for maintenance free/ sealed batteries taking all precautions as instruction. 52 Assistance during taking reading of equipment, telecom panels, carrying test equipment, laptops, multimeters, straight and cross ethernet cables, tools and tackles etc. for schedule maintenance/breakdown activity as per instruction. 53 Assistance in cleaning of telecom equipment, monitors, routers, switches, connectors, media converters, telecom exchange, telephones etc. as per instruction. 54 Assistance in cleaning of servers, workstations, computer peripherals, shifting of equipment, keeping & arranging various types of cables, adaptors, Software CDs, manuals properlyin racks as per instruction. 55 Assistance in dismantling, calibration, rectification, cable removal and termination, re-installation, leak arrestingin instruments of engines, boosters, MOVs, Fire Fighting engines, Tanks, Compressors, DG, centrifuge, OWS and other field instrument during carrying outschedule maintenance and calibration of instruments in workshop, cleaning of the instruments and assistance in keeping ready for spare & field use as per instruction. 56 Assistance in dismantling, calibration, rectification, cable removal and termination, re-installation of engines during 250 hrs,3000 hrs,9000 hrs and 18000 hrs. schedule maintenance. 57 Providing support services of labour as and when required in dismantling, calibration, rectification, cable removal and termination, re-installation, leak arrestingin instruments of engines, boosters, MOVs, Fire Fighting engines, Tanks, Compressors, DG, centrifuge, OWS and other field instrument during carrying out predictive, breakdown maintenance etc. as per direction of EIC/Site Engineer. 58 Providing support services of labour as and when required for assistance in breakdown, predictive proactive maintenance, defective attending and exigency in extended hours. This item will be operated if the service of labour is utilized beyond normal working of 8 hours per day. 59 Support service for Operation of oil water separator/sumpincluding cleaning, servicing of various equipment/crude tank in general Shift including Sunday, holiday(including monsoon period/ rainy day) the year as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60 Support service for Operation of oil water separator/sumpincluding cleaning, servicing of various equipment/crude tankin beyond general shift including Sunday, holiday(including monsoon period/ rainy day) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 61 Assistance for up keeping & segregation of registers, document photocopy, maintaining dispatch register, file shifting, preparation & servicing of tea/ coffee etc.as per instruction in general shift duty. 62 Assistance for keeping record of incoming & outgoing materials, maintaining materials register for spare, consumption record, materials staking in proper order, up keeping of store etc. as per instruction. 63 Assistance for up keeping of registers, document photocopy, maintaining dispatch register, file shifting, preparation & servicing of tea/ coffee etc.as per instruction beyond general shift duty. 64 Providing service support during 9000/12000/18000 hrs major maintenance of Mainline Pumping Units including dismantling, cleaning & fitting back of cylinder heads, turbocharger and associated ducts, jacket water header, exhaust header, injectors, fuel pumps, rocker arms, tappet covers, pistons, liners, connecting rods, Pumps, Pump seal, damper etc. Handling/shifting of various components of engine,pump and gearbox, loading& unloading of spares in vehicles as per requirement, emptying out oil from engine/GB/Pump/DSTs, shifting of lube oil barrels, draining of Jacket water/coolant/fuel/lube/diesel circuits, engine lube oil sump, oil bath filter sump, descaling of diff parts, cleaning of DSTs and oil bath filters mesh, C/A intercoolers. Filling of jacket water/coolant, lube oil in engine sump, oil bath filter sump,etc, and other associated works. Whole work is to be completed withing 24 working days. 65 Cutting grass and removal of the same outside the boundary area within 3 km lead all as per direction of EiC. M) Rate isper sq.m. per month. 78 Regular maintenance of trees & shrubs including weeding out all undesirable growth, watering forking & growth of plants including cutting of unwanted trees and trimming of branches of trees etc. as per direction of EIC with all labour manure, insecticides, etc. 79 Supplypreparation and application of brickcolour/ Ala wash/ Lime wash as and when required on the brick/tub & other area as per the direction of EIC including all labour tools, tackles complete in all respects. 80 Supplying at site manure & cowdung & good earth of approve quality by the Engineer- in- Charge including carrying, transportation, loading, unloading i.e. manpower, materials all inclusive. 81 Supplying and planting essential flowers annual flowers in flower bed including preparation of soil, application of required inclusive of all labour, tools, tackles etc. complete in all manure, medicine and water as and when required inclusive of all labour, tools tackles etc. complete in all respects . 82 Supply and planting seasonal flowers, annual flowers in flower bed including preparation of soil, application of manure, medicine and water as and when required inclusive of all labour, tools, tackles etc. complete in all respects- HYBRID VARIETIES 83 Cleaning, dusting & removal of stains of electrical fittings like ceiling fans, wall mounted fans and tube light fittings, etc. of the Control Building, Store, Security,Lubeshed,Compressor room,Pump shed, F/F shed etc complete as per direction of EIC/Site Engineer. 84 Cleaning of drinking water tanks located at the roof top of the buildings with bleaching/detergent or any other solvent/ powder with all labour and materials complete. 85 Cleaning & stripping bushes, grass, jungle, vegetation, shrubs, etc. including uprooting and collecting rotten hogla and removal of the same outside the boundary wall for a lead upto 5 km, dewatering if required, with all labour, tools & tackles and materials complete. 86 Cleaning of entire surface drains including removal of all rubbish, garbage, bush, uprooting vegetations (both sides of drain), debris, muck and all unwanted materials including throwing outside of the compound wall, including supply of all tools tackles required for the operation. 87 Cleaning soak pit 2.5m dia and disposal of unwanted materials to a distance of 500m 88 Material Loading, Unloading, shifting & handling of all types of materials such as loose pipes (bare/in bundles), fittings (loose/in lot), valves, electrical & instrumentation items and various other materials etc as received in packed/unpacked condition/wooden crates/boxes/pallets etcfromtruck/trailer using hydra with valid Fitness certificate issued by RTO and Load test certificate issued by competent authority & necessary insurance, to be carried out as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge/Site Engineer including cost of labour, slings, D shackles, tools & tackles etc. as required for proper handling of materials with necessarysafety precautions including the cost of Personal protective equipment such as helmets, safety shoes, hand gloves etc. and complete in all respects. 89 Manual handling of material such as loading/ unloading, packing/ unpacking, shifting, greasing, removal of rust, applying primer/paint over metal surfaces of pipes/fittings, vlaves etc and various miscellaneous jobs at material store yard/plant premises as required to complete the jobas per directionEIC/site engineer including cost of labour, tools, tackles, insurance of labour etc., considering all necessary safety precautions including the cost of Personal protective equipment such as helmets, safety shoes, hand gloves etc and complete in all respects.
