Tender For Construction Of Entrance Tower Post At Bithra Southern Monsson Channel; 1 Providing and laying P.C.C.1:2:4 using 20 mm stone metal mixing dry at shore, bagging in half bags and tying, loading on to the barges/ boat, conveying to entrance tower location, placing in position at the foundation during low tide around pre cast structure at the sea bed level, packing at places where erosion occurred including cost of all materials, all labourfor mixing,extra labours (diver) for placing, leveling under water etc. complete. 2 Providing and laying RCC 1:0.9:1.80 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for RCC M30, RCC well ring,pile cap mid tide bracings, short columns, diagonal bracings, stiffening walls, deck beams, and RCC slab or bollard blocks, low level landing platform etc. excluding fabrication charges which will be paid separately including cost of all materials- cement, granite chips, M-sand, cost of all labour charges for screening and washing of coarse aggregate and M- sand, providing all shuttering,including cost of shuttering materials, centering, propping wherever required mixing, conveying and placing, consolidation with vibrator, curing andtransportation charges of all materials to the Work Site, hire charges and running expenses of concrete Mixer Machine and vibrator, consumables and all other equipments, cost of minor tools etc. complete. 3 Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement (Fe 500D make SAIL/TATA/RINL/JINDALor its equivalent) as per drawing for precast piles as per the direction of Nodal Officer, including cost of material, fabrication, fixing dowels, shear ties, cutting, bending, tying, lapping and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site at Bitra, cost of binding wires, all T&P required for the work and minor tools etc. complete. 4 Engagement of above 35 feet boat for transportation of precast materials such as cement, aggregates, shuttering materials etc. from jetty to the construction site at entrance by boat including hire charges of boat etc. complete. 5 Painting two coats on ready mixed acrylic plastic emulsion paint over the primer coat on the RCC entrance tower surface above water level including cost of paint, hire charges of boat, all labour charges for scrapping the outer area, cleaning, scaffolding, brushes, minor tools etc. complete. 6 Engaged labour for loading & unloading transporting well ring and other materials to site and fixing the well rings in position.
