Major Repair of GOVT High SCHOOL Plakh Pyt. Plakh Block Basohli under scheme Samagra Shiksha approved under PAB for the year 2025-26 - 1 Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 2 Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 meters lead 3 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead 14.1.1 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 14.1.2 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 4 Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions all complete. 5 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty : 6 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 5.3.1 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Providing and laying common burnt clay (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10 over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat. 8 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :old work over priming coat of primer applied complete including cost of priming coat 9 Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 10 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 10.25.1 In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete. 11 Carriage of Sand an Avg.
