Tender For Provision Of Shed With Parade Cum Enrolling Shed At Aro Complex.; 1 Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes ) each n,exe,0.50 cumgetting out , returning , filling & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25 cm.wateringand removing surplus soil to a distance n,exe , 50 mtr in soft/loosesoil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 M&L Hardcore of gauge broken stone boulders n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 M&L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 S&F plates (plain or chequred) channel , square cut or notched (ordinary and countersunk) forming holes without any attachment of Fe-410-W (grade E-250) qualaity B complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 S&F steel work in tabular truss including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plane steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 M&L for100 mm thickPCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in in sub base finish even and rough to receive to top layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles 300 x 300 x25 mm thick with grey pigment cement and pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 20 mm thcik screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth in foundation of pole/ laying of under ground cable and including getting out of any type of soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 M&L sand covering /cushioning for under ground cable protection in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Material and labour for burntbricks sub class B laid flat in trenches over sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Supply, Laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4core including connecting the cables at both ends by providing suitable size aluminium lugs & glands at the termination ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Material and labour for point wiring for one light/fan point with 1.5 sqmmPVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistranded conductor cable 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistrand conductor cable 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC casing caping with all accessories and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick with 3mm thick hylum laminated/bakalite sheet cover for mounting switch, socket, fan regulator,etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection,black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board. 19 Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all ascomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Supply and fixing MCB DB SPN 4 ways double door, recessed with wall surfaces by chase cutting and making good surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 21 Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Supply and fixing MCB 6 to 32 Amps, single pole, 240 Volt C series, breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Supply and fixing MCB 06 - 32 Amps, SPN, 240 Volt C series, breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
