Provn Of Transformers And Other Allied Infrastructure For Children School At Af Stn Bhuj; 1 Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of400 KVA Transformer naturally cooled, ONAN with external cooling tube, 11 KV/433 volts, step down outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase LT 433 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire corrugated off circuit tape links of rating + 7.5 to -7.5% @ 2.5% by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear transformer copper wound, double wound, oil immersed naturaly cooled with external cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary side (HV)and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dy-11 (vector group with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +/-2.5% and +/-5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degee centigrade in oil and 55 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding ring when measured by resistance after continuous full load run in ambient temp as per IS-11171. The transformer shall be conforming to IS-1180-2014(Level-1) with standard fitting & accessories, IS-2099 for high voltage porcelian bushings and the transformer shall be comprised with the following standard fitting with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit all as per IS-2026 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 (i) Three Nos procelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers.(ii)One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable for receiption/taking out of 1 No. suibable size LT 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & sheathed, heavey duty armoured cables including joint and jointing materials complete.(iii)Oil conservator with flter type drain valve and oil level guage.(iv)De-hydrating breather with first fill for dehydrating agent (Sillica gel).(v)Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain cast steel detachable rollers.(vi) One No 100mm dia dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsuis with metal guard having maximum perimeter temporature reading indicator with re-setting device.(vii)Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm galvanised iron earth strip earthing of body.(viii) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.(ix) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. 3 Material & labour for making platform for transformer using block masonary of size 2.5X2.5X1.5m in cement mortar 1:6m with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using20 mm graded stone aggregate, 20 cm thick coping over brick work, plastering to exposed surfaces of brick work with cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick including finishing of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Note : Size / strength of Platform to be maintained as per Transformer capacity, minimum height of the platform from ground 1.2m and 30 cm below ground level as foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. or as suggested by OEM 4 Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 8 Material & labour for providing dry river sand as in cushioning to UG cables including gently punning down of sand in layers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. ( Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered) 9 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS HV type I, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Supply & fix in replacement of GI tubing light grade for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/floors/ roads/ path /culverts or fixed on walls/on poles by means of MS clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes 11 100 mm bore 12 50 mm bore 13 Material & labour for cutting of road manually for laying of cable/GI tubing light grade ,after laying of cable making disturbed surface good by using PCC of ratio 2:4:6 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- GI tubing light grade will be measured in respective item. 14 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination,heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc of size 300 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc of size 185 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc of size 70 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc of size 25 sqmm, 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Material & labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type - 2, flat, size 300x 180 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Supply & fix heat shrinkable indoor/ outdoorLT end terminations for LT 1100 Volts grade, aluminum conductor including jointing kits, aluminium ferrules and labour complete for making joints and testing cable size 35 to 400 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Supply & fix fabricating LT paneloutdoortype, dust and vermin proof totally enclosed , with sloping canopy fabricated out of steel sections, the door opening shall not be less than 150 degree. The construction of panel board shall be dust, vermin proof, IP 54 standard double shutter gears front and rear frame work and 3.15 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with powder coated overtwo coats of redoxide primer and made of40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron frame all as specfified suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz 3 phase and nuetral system and shall be completed with 800 amps capacity copper bus bar with bus bar chamber,internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper cable copper lugs comprising of following accessories( LTP) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: GI strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid seperately. 27 Supply & fix electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 415 V, 10- 60Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS 13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH but 3 Phase, 415 volt incl ofappropriate rating CT reqd at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Material & labour for shifitng of existing DB boxfrom inside building to outside of building of suitable place with necessary arrangement around 20 mtr distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 29 Material & labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
