| 10 | Material and labour for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in three coat (6 hr gap after each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/10 sqft in three coats. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongationat break of 350%, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm @650 microns thickness, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of upto 10 bars. The material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge/consultant. Also, proper surface preparation along with coving at corners is must complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.Note: (i) The work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer only.(ii) The authorized applicator of manufacturer shall be approved by GE.(iii) The colour of finish shall be decided by GE. |

| 16 | Material and labour for preparation new plastered surface of wall, concrete surface and applying two coats of all weather exterior emulsion paints in camouflaging pattren @1.43 litre/10 sqm over with and including over a coat of exterior primer applied @0.9 litre/10 sqm as per new sigma pattern generated by station authority and RGB value variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The % of the colour may change as per user requirement without any financial effect on contractor. |
