Tender For Welcome Maintenance To Offers Md/Otm Accommodation And Other Misc B/R Repair Works At Beg And Centre Under Age B/R-Ii In Ge (Central) Khadki.; 1 NOTE FOR ALL PAINITNG ITEMS :-The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor during execution of work :- (i) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of materials (proprietory materials) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge/ Office in charge of unit.(ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis and the empty containers/ bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer -In-Charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufacturers.(iii) Before applying cement base paint/weather proof acrylic emulsion paint contractor shall use the wire brush for the removal of loose paint, dust, algae, moss and filling of crack using crack sealent and cleaning of surface by spray jet. (iv) Application of cement base paint strictly done by spray/mechanical spray machine only, otherwise 30% costshall be reecovered from the respective item.(v) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery. 2 NOTE FOR PLUMBING AND SANITARY ITEMS:-(i) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of plumbing and sanitary wares materialsrequired / covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge/ Office in charge of unit. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in stone/ concrete blockwalls complete all as specified and as directed. 29 Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of wall including brooming down or scrap down with steel wire brushes, existing treatment of surface can be prepeared by scrapping sand paper, remove smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white (lime)wash on wall complete all as specified and directed. 30 Description all as specified in item No 29 above but applying one coat of white (Lime) wash on ceiling. 31 Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of wall including brooming down or scrap down with steel wire brushes, existing treatment of surface can be prepeared by scrapping sand paper smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of cement based paint (any tint) on walls, upto the wall height 12.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed. 32 Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of wall including brooming down or scrap down with steel wire brushes, smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying two coat of cement based paint (any tint) on walls upto the wall height 12.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed. 33 Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of wall including brooming down or scrap down with steel wire brushes, existing treatment of surface can be prepeared by scrapping sand paper, smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of dry distemper (any tint) on walls complete all as specified and directed. 34 Material and labour forpreparing of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint all as specified and as directed. 35 Material and labour forpreparing of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applyinbg one coat of synthetic enamel paint any tint all as specified and as directed. 36 Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls, existing treatment of surface can be prepeared by scrapping sand paper, watering to existing surface, and applying one coat of plastic emulsion complete all as specified and as directed 37 Complete removal of existing treatment including scrapping levelling & prepearing the surface of wall and applying two coat of Lustre paint of (any tint) including one coat wall care putty over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 38 Complete removal of existing treatment including scrapping levelling & prepearing the surface of wall, existing treatment of surface can be prepeared by scrapping sand paper, watering to existing surface and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion(OBD) over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 39 Material and labour for wall care putty of 2 mm thick as in interior / exterior on wall / ceilingsurfaces of any descriptionfinished smooth and even surfces complete all as specified and as directed. 40 Material and labour for damp stop (Berger/Birla/Asian paints or equivalent) of 3mm thick on wall surface by usingroller after smootheningthe surfaces using sand paper etc. complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE :-(i)Cracks of wall to be filled with its crack fill paste of makeas specified above.(ii) Damp proof should be done by skilled labour and as per manufacturers instructions. 41 Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of wall including brooming down or scrap down with steel wire brushes, smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot, existing treatment of surface can be prepeared by scrapping sand paper, watering to existing surfaceand applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. 42 Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots , moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats ofAnti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint(Apex Ultima Protek Asianpaints, Nerolac excel top guard, Berger weathercoat long life 10 or equivalant brand as specified in CA) over a coat of weather proof primer including filling the cracks etc with crack filling material all as per manufacturers instructionscomplete all as specified and as directed. 43 Dismantling ofwall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp insulation, Ac etc), any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed. 44 Supply and fix interlocking aluminium alloy anodised snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x25mm x1.5mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size
