Tender For Erection Of 60Mva,220/33Kv Transformer In Place Of Damaged 60 Mva,220/33Kv T/F At 220Kv Substation Faridnagar Under Etd Muradnagar - Following work are to be carried out for the work of erection of 60MVA,220/33KV T/F ( in place of defective 60 MVA,220/33KV T/F) at 220 KV substation FaridNagar including all associated work to complete the satisfactory as per direction of supervising engineer. 2 Dismantling of emulsifier water spraying system air and water pipe line by opening their flange coupling and cutting by power cutter as per required for installation of other 60 MVA,220/33KV transformer. 3 Complete dismantling of 60 MVA,220/33kv Transformer at 220kv faridnagar by opening the jumpers,removal of earthing and opening cable and its termination,frame header,radiator,conservator tank bushing,turrets marshalling box etcconnecting pipe lines colling fans,and pumps etc,complete the job statisfactorily including proper stacking at 4 Dismantelling of3 Nos. of 30 KV LA and stotrage at safe place in store 5 Shifting/dragging of defective 60MVA,220/33kv T/F up to 20 meter distance including turning of the T/F tank as required from existing place( plinth) to safe storage place,including aal T&P and other works to complete the job satisfactory. 6 Additional Shifting 20 mtr @ 5mtrs./per job 7 Packing of HV/LV/Neutreal bushing into empty wooden crates 8 erection of 33KV LA with all its structure back to its place at transformer site from safe place in storage 9 Erection of 60MVA Transformer 10 Shifting dragging of 60 MVA Transformer main tank from unloading site to Transformer plinth up to 20mtr distance including turning of thetransformer if required including all T&Pand other work to complete the job satisfactory at 220KV substation Farid Nagar 11 Complete erection of new 60 MVA Transformer-- works includes erection of radiator, conservator tank,turrets,c connecting of all oil pipeline HL/LV/neutral bushing, erection of cooling fans. OLTC drive mechanism box, making control cable connection, oti,wti, bucchholz relay etc. connections for completing the work 12 Centrifuging/dehydration of the complete Transformer oil of new 60 MVA 220/33 KV transformer by ultra high vacuum filtration plant including taking the BDV of oil and IR value of transformer periodically till the required valuesis achieved including feeling and topping up of the above prepared Transformer oil under vacuum in main tank, radiator, Conservator tank etc. and attending oil leakages if any with all cost of centrifugingmachine, cmf operator etc 13 Earthing of main tank Marshalling Box drive mechanism,T/F neutral etc. of new 60MVA T/F,220/33kv with help of 50x6/75x10mm size (approx. 100m)MS Flat be provided by department ,its joint with already laid Earhmat/details at two places and necessary modification in existing support for earthing of neutral bushing support for its earthing work. 14 Jumpering of HV/LV Bushing bushing of 60 MVA 220/33kv T/F through 198KV LA with help of newly prepared ACSR-Zebra conductor with associated terminal connector to connect with jack bus as per required 15 Erection of new 60MVA,220/33kv Transformer RTCC panel including shifting from unloading place to control room with using suitable capacity lifting vehical/equipment 16 Connection of control and power cable as per new cable schedule of new 60MVA,220/33kv Transformer and its OLTC/RTCC panel at both and and control & relay panel cooling fan and pumps marshalling box etc using existing cables including laying dressing bending of additional cable as per site requirement 17 work of installation and modification of high velocity automatic sprayer system on new 60 mva,220/33 kv T/F(transformer commissioned in place of defective T/F) with laying of fire detection/water pipe line,quartzoid bilb,hvws nozzeles including along with all material,accessories relevent to complete as per details Installation with fresh coat of painting along with modification of old GI pipeline as per detail with fitting of new elbow,t-sockets,bend as required and using it forre-installation of emulsifier on new 60 MVA 220/33kv T/F 18 (A) 100/80 NB 19 (B) 65 NB 20 (C) 50 NB 21 (D) 40 NB 22 (E) 25 NB 23 Miscellaneous work including providing and fixing of item like alarm gong,Brass valves,Back Pressure valves etc. and other work not included in above work that maybe necessary for completion work. 24 Sampling and testing of transformer, if required at CPRI or any other NABL accredited testing lab including cost ofcost of transportation of each sample in standard sampling bottle (adequate number of bottles to be arranged by the contractor) sample to be taken at required intervals as per actual requirmentFollowing tests are to be conducted for each sample-1. Breakdown voltage,2- Moisture content 25 Submission of inspection charges for electrical safety clearance from Directorate of electrical safety,Uttar Pradesh for carrying out inspection of Transforme,r Transformer HV side bay, Transformer LV side bay obtaining charging clearance as per statuary norms( to be reimbursed on actual basis)
