Tender For Repair To Roof Of Certain Bldgs In Domestic Area At Afs Bhisiana Under Ge (Af) Bhisiana; 1 Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 2 Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness including plastering/pcc padding and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 3 Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc including dismantling existing membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 4 Material & Labour for Brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 5 Material & Labour for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 6 Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete, sub base or leveling course of floor, roof etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 7 Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 8 Material & Labourfor providing cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for providing slope, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 9 Material & Labourfor 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, laid on roof, mixed with water proofing compound when concrete is green, as per manufacturerer instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.(Note -Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). 10 Supplying only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 11 Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with forced application over roof surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen conforming to IS-3384-1965 of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm at bottom of the membrane as bonding material, complete all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 12 Material & Labour for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated wih PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in three coats (6 hr gap after each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/10 sqft in three coats. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongationat break of 350%, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm @650 microns thickness, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of up to 10 bars. The material shall be appliied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-in charge/consultant. ditected by Engineer in Charge. 44 Supply and fix in repair stack clamp for 75mm to 150mm bore pipe out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16 round round iron stay including bolt and nuts and securing
