slab 18-20 mm thick as in floor or stair trades(in one pieces ) and edges rounded etc overand including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing to achive mirror finish complete all as specified and directed . 4 Supply & fix kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as inrisers(in one pieces) /skirting/dado etc overand including 10mm screed bed plaster in cement mortar 1:4 & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing to achive mirror finishcomplete all as specified and directed . 5 Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed . 6 M&L for 300 x 600 x 7/450x300x7 mm thick Glazed ceramiccoloured tiles(premium quality) incl dark shade border/heighlighter in dado/skirtingset and jointed in neatcement slurry and pointed with white or colourcementto matchover and including 10mm plasterin cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed. 7 M&L for 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick joint freeGlazed ceramiccoloured tiles (premium quality) incl dark shade border/heighlighter in dado/skirtingset and jointed in neatcement slurry and pointed with white or colourcementto matchover and including 10mm plasterin cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed. 8 M&LNon skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free 7-8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06Sqm but not exceeding 0.11Sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with whiteor cement to matchover and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specifed. 9 Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 11 Taking down of cementplaster of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed . 12 Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fairfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) surfaces finished even and fair faces without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 13 M/L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.(Note- WPC Qtyshould be measured and paid to separately.) 14 Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material & labour for rendering 5mm thick in cm 1:4 as in ceiling finished even & fair faces complete all as specified and directed . 16 M & L for prepration of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&Lcomplete removal of existing treatment of any description from old decorated surface of walland applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L preparing ofnew plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed. 24 M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 of type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agrregate as in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed. 26 S&F for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and sizewith grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed. 27 M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick/30cmx30cmx25mm thick,laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the color of tile complete all as specified and directed 28 M&L PCC type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, side kerbs, mud stops etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. 29 S&F Powder coated aluminium frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular section of size 44.45mmx47.62mmx 1.88 mm thick and weight 0.943 Kg/Rm of approved make conforming to IS 733 and 15:1285 fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at i.e junctions, Le at top, bottom. and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight. mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 30 S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections of size 75mmx32mmx1.5mm thick and weight 1.005 kg/Rm of approved make conforming to 15 733 and 15:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at
