for boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of 450mm dia and 10.00m depth below pile cap in design mix concrete of M-35 grade with minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum for reinforced cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap.(b) In the event of increase in quantity of cement content as per design mix, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate are deemed to include for the same. 28 M&L for steel having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3.2m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 3.0 m to 3.5m apart and with horizontal barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron,with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre complete all as per specified and directed Note :- Cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks and barbed wire shall be paid separately. 31 M&L for vertical initial load test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity) of single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete all as per specified and directed.Note :- (a) Initial Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing.(b) Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge. 32 M&L for vertical routine load test (Test Load 1.5 times the Safe capacity) of single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete all as per specified and directed.Note :- (a) Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing.(b) Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge. 33 M&L for lateral load testing of single pile in accordance with IS Code of practice IS : 2911 (Part IV) upto 50 tonne capacity pile for determining safe allowable lateral load on pile complete all as per specified and directed.
