Tender For Provision Of Overhead Shed And Hard Standing For Veh In Mt Park Of 12 Engr Regt At Dinjan Mil Stn Under Ge Dinjan.; 1 Surface excavation n exc 30 cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed. 2 Excavation in trenches not Exe. 1.5 m wide and not Exe. 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc, and getting out in soft/loose soilcomplete all as specified. 3 M & L PCC type D-2 1:4:8 ( using40mm graded stone aggregate) asin foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed. 4 Material & Labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M & L forHardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in floor laid in panels and finished top even and fair using extra cement all as specified 7 Forming Construction joint 100mm deep x10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster on wall in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and as directed. 9 Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed. 10 Removal of surplus excavated material (Soil) to a distance not exc 250m but n exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points, complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction but welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade SI-240 all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fix rolled mild steel as in joist, channel, angle or tee section/hold fast/wind ties fixed independently with connecting base plate etc complete all as specified and as directed. 13 S & F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GIbased corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. 14 S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI basedplain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. 15 Supply and fix as rolled mild steel Plates (Plain or chequered) channels, Square cut or botched (ordinary & counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachement all specified and as directed. 16 Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machinemade) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and scewed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut of dia 11-15mm and exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long all specified and as directed. 17 Supply and fix mild steel flat iron wind tie for roof incluidng securing bolts, necessary drilling bolting etc as required and simillar work conforming to Fe 310-0 or 410-0 as directed. 18 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc crome primer all as specified and as directed. 19 M & L 100 mm thick PCC type D-2 1:4:8 ( using40mm graded stone aggregate) asin sub baseall as specified and directed. 20 M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and any size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness ,M -35 grade with grey cement with pigment over 50mm thick sand cusion layer complete all as specified and directed Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) all as specified and as directed. 21 M & L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping includng weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.
