Tender For Provision Of Covered Shed At Eastern Mall At Pms.; 1 S&F steel work in tubular trusses including columns, special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1998 grade st-240 complete all as spd and directed. 2 S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment using Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as spd and directed. 3 S&F mild steel bolts/fastner, purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and length of bolt exc 22.5 cm and n.exc 30 cm long& diameter of neck in 11 to 15 mm complete all as spd and directed. 4 S & F mild steel screws bolts 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screw the other or screwed both end to be fitted with wahsers and on hexagonal or square exc 5 cm but n. exc 10 cm long complete all as spd and directed. 5 M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed 6 M&L for Steel Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form tosides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. 7 M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as spd and directed. 8 S&FBands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee pieceinserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as spd and directed. 9 M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated of any profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified up to anyheight including all necessary scaffolding and safety measurescomplete all as specified and directed. 10 M & L forpre-paintedhot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specifiedany heightMtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measurescomplete all as specified and directed. 11 S & F for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as spd and directed. 12 M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described etc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats ofsynthetic enamel paint over a coat of a red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified. 13 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4 )and finish smooth & even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed 14 M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as spd and directed. 15 Supply only liquidwater proofing compound. 16 M&L TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as spd and directed. 17 S&F mild steel sheet eaves gutters, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges of sheet 1.25mm and 150mm dia or as directed 18 S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls of 110mm dia and as directed 19 S&F PVC (SWR) bends in any radius of 110mm dia
