Architectural and Engineering Design Services and Project Management Consultancy for Preparation of detailed Architectural design and drawings including structural design and drawings, specifications, quantity surveying and Bill of quantities of all the proposed buildings, structures, facilities, internal and external services, fire and safety norm, electrical works, site survey, soil investigation, complete monitoring and supervision of project execution with certification of bills in coordination with execution agency, quality control and assurance etc., as per the detailed scope presented in this NIEOI ( in sections 5 & 6) abiding to the terms and conditions of the NIEOI and as per the resources to be deployed as mentioned in section 10 and Form G, for ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS BUILDING COMPLEXES at NIT Calicut.
