Forming Tie-Up with experienced Contractor through MoU for Pre-bid Services & Post bid construction work for carrying out Construction of 414 No. of DUs at Panagarh in connection with the Tender of ‘Design and Construction of PROVN of MD ACCN for 736 DUs (82 JCOs & 654 ORs) out of 1150 DUs (Ph-III of Three PHs) at Panagarh MIL STN Under GE(P) Panagarh on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode’ - (Package-III); 1 PRE-BID-POST BID 2 Forming of Tie-Up with experienced Contractor through MoU for Pre-bid Services & Post bid construction work for carrying out Construction of 414 No. of DUsat Panagarh (Package-III) in connection with the Tender of ‘Design and Construction of PROVN of MD ACCN for 736 DUs (82 JCOs & 654 ORs) out of 1150 DUs (Ph-III of Three PHs) at Panagarh MIL STN Under GE(P) Panagarh on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode’The Post Bid Construction Works (Package-III) involves carrying out Construction of 384 x OR’s Married Accommodation (13 Block S+8, 48 DU in each Block (6 DU in each floor x 8 Nos of Floor) including Stilt Parking for 384 Nos Ors and Construction of 30 x OR’s Married Accommodation (01 Block S+5, 6 DU in each floor x 5 Nos of Floor) including Stilt Parking for 30 Nos Ors including Pump House, UG Sump & Refuge bin Site Clearance and area development, Lightning Protection, Lift, Roads, Paving and Hume Pipe Culvert, Area Drainage, Sewage Disposal, Borewell and External Water Supply, Direct Generator set (DG Set) and External Electric Supply, Firefighting and fire alarm system, Chain Link Fencing and Entrance steel gate, Assistance & Compliances for GRIHA Rating and Certification, Site Clearance after Completion of entire Project and other allied works / activities to complete the in all respect at Two Pockets at Panagarh Military Station as detailed in scope of work and other documents of tender of Client Tender inclusive of other statutory compliances/ requirement along with making connections with External MEP Services including Utility Services, O&M during DLP as per the Client tender conditions & Scope which is integral part of this Package which are to be completed in all respects based on the detailed AFC drawings provided by B AND R ( time to time detail drawings will be issued to the sucessful bidder/ contractor) within the Scheduled Completion Time including Milestone achievement. However, bidder shall obtain necessary approvals from the concerned/ competent authorities, which shall be in accordance with the Client Tender Document. The entire cost up to DLP along with the deployment of key and non-key personnel and construction equipment shall be borne by the bidder throughout the contract period. The bidder shall be required to carry out good quality construction based on Client /B AND R’s Tender Documents/ Specification/ MES/ CPWD/ IS standards and time-efficient construction methods 3 NOTE:-a) The Financial bid shall not include any commercial or technical condition/information. Financial offer shall be submitted as per format in Lump-Sum amount. The contract price is inclusive of all taxes even including Labour Cess, duties, cess etc. but excluding GST (as applicable on the date of submission of bid) by the Bidder in connection with Clients Tender Documents, Corrigendum, Addendums (if any) upto the last date of this NIT submission.b) Bidder has to quote single Lumpsum price for Pre-Bid Stage which will be valid for Post-bid Stage throughout the Completion period, Defect Liability Period and Maintenance Period. B AND R will Not entrain or make any payment for any type compensation or any extra claim or to settle any market liability as per Bidder’s/ Contractor’s predefined scope by B AND R in line with Client Scope. Bidder has to quote single Lumpsum price based on Conceptual drawings provided by Client and at post bid stage, B AND R will provide sequential AFC drawings for construction based on Conceptual drawings, detail Tender documents provided by Client which are available in Client Tender Documents. Further changes / revision /modification after awarding job by client if any, payment shall be made on approval / receipt of corresponding payment from Client. Bidder/ Contractor will not be permitted to claim for any up/down quantity variation in Post Bid stage. Bidders/ Contractors can suggest B AND R for cost optimization maintaining the Quality, execution work time, feasibility of work as well as Client acceptance.
