Tender For Improvement Works To The Esp Control Room-I At Nctps-I Premises; 1 NCTPS –I- CM Circle – CM-I- Improvement works to the ESP control room-I at NCTPS-I premises 2 Providing a plastering with CM 1:3,20mm tk including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, water charges, etc., complete. 3 Colour washing with two coats of plastic Emulsion over a coat of primer after thorough scrapping including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc complete. 4 Providing and fixing aluminium door partly glazed and partly panelled with 8/9mm tk boards (novapan or equivalent) using both side prelaminated aluminium box section 47.62x44.45 x 1.82 mm for verticals/horizontals and bottom using 101.6x44.45x2.5mm including cost of all materials, etc., complete. 5 Supplying and fixing of sun control flim of approved quality for fixing window glass including the cost of all material, cutting charges, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site. 6 Removing and refixing of aluminium window glazed shutters after replacement of damaged aluminium, rubber beading, etc., rubber beading and without damaging the existing glass including cost of hinches, rubber beading and required scaffolding, labour charges, etc., complete. 7 Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue-gum post or casuarina post or best quality bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3m height 10.5 m projection+ 0.5m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of post being 2m in both row with horizantal posts with 0.5m over lap on wither side and braces at 2 m c/c including longtitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood/silver oak planks of 40 mm thick and 1 m with etc., in a complete from using coir and nails 1 m run. a)East and West side 8 b)North and South side 9 Supplying and fixing of 5.5mm thick plain glass for windows including labour charges, lead, lift, cutting charges, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site. 10 Providing and fixing in position or Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter. 11 Providing & fixing of rain water down cum drain pipe using 160 mm dia PVC pipe of 6 kg/m2 with necessary specials and clamping of pipe at 1.0 m regular intervals. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding charges, lead, lift etc., complete and as per the direction of the engineer at site.
