    Repairing & Maintenance Of Itahar Krishak Bazar Under Uttar Dinajpur Zilla Regulated Market Committee- 1 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.)with sand and cement mortar including rounding off corners and chamfering corners as directed and racking out including, throating, nosing and drip coarse, scafolding/ staging where necessary(Ground Floor) (Excluding cost of chippingover concrete surface.)i) gr. Floor(ii)(b)15mm th. Cement plaster(1:4) 2 Neat cement punning 1.5mm thick in wall dado window silt,floor, drqins etc. using cement @ 0.152M3/M2 3 Applying decorative Cement base paint ofapproved quantity after scraping the surfacethroughly as necessary as on plastered surfasce, ruled or concrete surface.Two coats 4 Applying exterior grade acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish / Acrylicexterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufactures specification and as per direction of EIC. (b) twocoats i) gr. Floor 5 Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost ofprimer. a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion 6 (a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand Papering. i) on steel 7 Painting with superior synthetic enamel paint of approved made and brand including smoothening the surface by sand paper. i) on steel
