Tender For Carrying Out Balance Checklist Point For Civil Works; 1 Earthwork in filling with borrow earth for all heights and depths for tankpad panth protection or any other places as directed to proper levels, slopes, grades and camber with selected earth obtained from approved borrow areas for all leads from Complex limit including excavation of earth at borrow areas, clearing and stripping at borrow areas (if necessary) for all leads and lifts, loading, unloading, transportation etc., clearing and stripping as per specifications, cutting of trees of girth upto and inclusive of 30 cm (girth measured at a height of 1.0 M above ground level), uprooting of vegetation, roots and disposal of the shrubs, bushes, roots etc., breaking clods, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm loose thickness, watering, ramming and compacting with power roller to give at least 95% of max. laboratory dry density as per 15:2720 Part-VIII, providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation, dressing and leveling, etc. including disposal of unserviceable material beyond the plant boundary limit. complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Borrow/Disposal area shall be arranged by Contractor at his own cost. a 2 Micrograding of the area as directed to proper level, grade and camber including earthwork in excavation in all types of soils up to a maximum depth of 150mm, removing shrubs, vegetation bushes, grass etc., earth work in filling with select material from available earlier excavated soil and borrow earth (in case the select material from excavated soil is short for filling, filling shall be done with borrow earth, supply & transportation of borrow earth shall be paid separately under relevant item) up to a maximum compacted thickness of 150mm by spreading in layers not exceeding 200mm loose thickness, watering, ramming & compacting with road roller or hand roller including hand ramming where road rollers or hand rollers are not accessible to give at least 90% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 part VII, including transportation, leveling, dressing, disposal of surplus earth, debris, etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Disposal areas shall be anywhere within the plant complex limit as identified by Engineer-In-Charge.) 3 Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE using Ordinary Portland Cement for all depths below and upto plinth level in foundations, drains, fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements & ramps, Tank Peripheral and walkway path for valve operating platform or any other works etc, including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete for concrete of nominal mix 1:4:8 by mass (1 Cement: 4 Coarse Sand: 8 Crushed Stone Aggregates/Gravels) with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/Gravels. ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING OPC CEMENT SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
