    Tender For Drier House Work For Crushing Year, 2025-26 - Receiving empty sugar bags from the store by counting them with the help of store representative, collecting sugar produced during the season 2025-26 from all the three sugar bins by his workers by placing empty bags of HDPE/PP/Jute bags in all the chutes of the bin, placing the filled sugar bags on the weighing scale, weighing 50 kg of sugar properly on the weighing scale and taking it to the sewing machine for stitching, getting the bags stitched by the sewing machine and lifting them by his workers and keeping the bags separately grade wise in the dryer house. Getting the M-30 or S-30 mark applied or as per instructions. In case of failure of the sewing machine, stitching the sugar bags with Sutli-Suja Obtain the empty sugar bags from the store by getting them counted by the store representative and put the sugar mills mark on the empty jute bags by screen printing. The contractor will have to arrange for the material used in screen printing at his own expense. Before getting the screen printing done, the design of screen printing will have to be checked and approved by the chief chemist. In case of bags with poor printing and lesser number of bags received in the dryer house than the bags received from the store, the cost of the bag will be recovered from the contractor. The contractor will have to get the printed bags counted by the dryer house clerk and get it recorded in his register. The screen printing (two pieces) made by the contractor will become the property of the mill after the end of the season and these will have to be deposited in the office of the chief chemist after the end of the season.HDPE/PP/Jute Bags Putting plastic foil on empty sugar bags
