Periodical Services And Various Misc Work To Certain Building In Tech Area At Af Stn Halwara; 1 M&L preparation of old decorated plastered & unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot mould moss and efforescent salts trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes/cracks with wall care putty and applying two coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed 2 All as per item No 1 above buttwo coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces. 3 M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying onecoats ofdistemper oil emulsion, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for preparation of old plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsionpaintin camouflage pattern, using minimum 3 different approved tint/ colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron structure any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint/ colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed. 6 All as per item No 05 above but on wooden surfaces. 7 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious, built in cement mortar 1:6,complete all as specified and directed. 9 Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick/concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished surfaces fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsionpaint over a coat of primer in camouflage pattern, using minimum 3 different approved tint / colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M&L for preparation of newplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats ofwhite wash, complete all as specified and as directed. 15 S&F 4.8mm thick sheet glass selected quality plain in squares not exceeding 0.5 sqm each pane and fixed with glass putty or beading including hacking our old broken glass of any shape size and quality, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Dismantling wrought iron work or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Dismantling AC/fibre glass translucent/Gl Sheet corrugated or semi corrugated sheet including ridges, hips, valley etc of any description and thickness in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed. 19 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated or profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixing with self taping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.
