1.5 metre wide and nexc. 1.50m deep for HT under ground cable/pole foundationand getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed 2 Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cmin soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil nexc 50M and depositing where directed at a level nexc1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc including mild steel bolts, nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and layingDWC high density polyethelene pipes in replacement of PCC cable cover having dia 90/76 mm, inner dia as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surfaces on the inner wall conforming to IS-14930 (Part-I & II) for protection of under ground cable laid along pole/along wall/ in PCC/GL Roof and including all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and layingDWC high density polyethelene pipes in replacement of PCC cable cover having dia 106/100 mm, inner dia as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surfaces on the inner wall conforming to IS-14930 (Part-I & II) for protection of under ground cable laid along pole/along wall/ in PCC/GL Roof and including all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling / Taking out unserviceable HT cables for replacement of any sizefrom any position i.e ground / walls / poles / culverts etc complete with protection pipe all as specified and directed .Note : Earth work shall be measured and paid separately 8 Supply, laying , jointing and testing of HT XLPE cable 3 core, 11000 volt screened, PVC E grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (Heavy duty) strip armoured with aluminium conductor 11 KV pressure earth fixed to the poles/walls with suitable size of MS clamps and nut and botls/washers etc including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified. 11 M & L in replacement of GI tubinglight grade for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole of 80 mm bore and fixed to the poles/walls with suitable size of MS clamps and nut and botls/washers etc including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified. 12 M&L Cross-arms, Bracings,channel or angle sections, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of two coat of Aluminium Paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling existing U/S cross arm any type complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Material and labour in replacement for lightning arrester 11000 volts non linear resister type conforming to IS-3070 part-I, line discharge class-2, nominal discharge 10 KA and high discharge 65 KA assembly complete suitable for 11 KV including all clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and connecting to earth with operated HT 11000 volts grade triple pole with 09 insulators, 200 amp capacity current rating complete with dropout fuse assembly with fuse carrier fuse elements mounted on insulators and steel frame mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of rod of 25 mm nbore GI pipe, light grade of suitable length worked from ground level with locking arrangement fixed with flat iron clamp 50X6 mm and MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GO/DO including bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. 22 Dismantling and Taking out Transformer from its position from any location under AGE(I) Fatehgarh for repair/rewinding ofcapacity 100 to 630 KVA , 11/0.433 KV capacitydisconnecting /openingHV, LV Electrical connections, earthing connections along with following other works.(a) Transporation of transformer to workshop at Unnao/Kanpur and back to siteby making necessary arrangements of T&P (crane, recovery, vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by firm ) as directed.(b) Opening of transformer top cover by extraction ,removingof serviceable - unserviceable nuts bolts and washers etc in presence ofEngr -in -Charge /BOO (c) Lifting primary coil (HT) and secondary coil (LT) , dismantaling of transformer complete part by part carefully , and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engr -in -Charge/ BOO(d) Refilling topping up of new transformer oil after dehyderation and filteration in transformer.(e) Reassembeling the transformercomplete with all existingserviceable parts, andnew parts as ordered(f) Reinstall the Transformer at site in position as directed after repair connectingHV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections and testingto entire satisfaction on load . Note- (a) Payment shall be made on actual weight basis i.e. actual weight of finished coil before varnishing and bakinge.(b) Renewal ofadequate size Nut, bolts & washers of transformer top cover shall deemed to be included in UNIT RATE QUOATED 23 M & L forrewinding HT coil of 11/0.433 KVTransformer any capacity using proper size DPC copper wire and insulation material,heating coils in heat chamber after rewinding including taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils complete all as specified and directed. 24 M & L forrewinding LT coil of 11/0.433 KVTransformer any capacity using proper size DPC copper wire and insulation material,heating coils in heat chamber after rewinding including taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils complete all as specified and directed. 25 Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oilof transformers capacity ranging from 100 KVA to 1500 KVA (33/11/0.433 KV and including AVR 5 MVA transtor mor 33 KV) )onsite at different locations without disturbing the power supply system with filtration machine and heating systemin order to achieve Di-electri strength of oil 60 KV minimum 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.Note : (a) Testing of transformer HT switch gear oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed(b) The unit of payment under this term shall be per liter of oil meant for all process to the entire completion of jobs 26 Supply and filling up of Transformer oil conforming to as per IS:335-1993 in topping up/replacement up to desired level of transformer oil capacity complete all as specified and directed. Repair / replace the unserviceable items such as closing / triping coil, spring charging motor etc including overhauling the same after necessary cleaning with CTC nad providing silicon grease to the all moving parts incuding adjustment of all springs etc and made 100% serviceability complete all as specified and directed. 38 M&L for servicing of HT vaccum circuit breaker (HT VCB) of capacity 630/800A, 11 KV for servicing repair replacement of defective / worn out minor parts / components and reassembling complete including calibration comprising of the following including test and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of the Engr in charge. Make of HT VCB : Siemens /ABB/Scheinder(a) Dismantling the HT VCB from the enclosure consisting of vaccum interrupter assembly, socket contacts, checking the serviceability of the parts carefully including cleaning adjustment, replacement of defective / worn out parts and assembling the unit complete, ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposit inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the bushing to move resulting mis-allignment of contacts.(b) Checking the vaccum interrupter assembly contacts. checking the alligment of contacts and setting the contact surface to firm and uniform pressure and adjust the gang as per manufacturer tolarance.(c) Checking the breaker bushing of bus bar and circuit side inspecting internal surface carefully for any charging tracking replacement of bushing.(d) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the HT VCB, checking the operation of the closing / tripping through closing / tripping coils electrically as well as manually charging including cleaning adjustment completely for smooth functioning. 39 Item No.37 (Contd...)(e) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor alongwith with gear box including servicing to the motor commutator bushes, lubrication of bearing surface etc.(f) Checking the ratchet wheel assembly, driving and charging parts for smooth functioning.(g) Checking the type and release pot and dash pt assembly making necessary adjustment(h) Checking the operating mecahnism of the breaker and ensure its operation freely through entire stroke.(j) Checking operating voltage at mechanism terminals and tripping arrangement for positive tripping contacts to be examined for their condition and operation.Note ser item No. 37& 38 : (i) Tenderer shall be checked the existing VCBs/OCBs and shall be taken all the details of existing defective one before order the materials.(ii) New items shall be match with the existing system in any cases.(iii) Any minor adjustment / modification for the fixing the item if required at site contractor shall be carried out at site without any extra cost. 40 M&Lfor earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plateelectrode 600 x 600x 6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth n.less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel strip 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers made of galavanised iron or steel earth strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified and directed incl PCC work as per sketch No 3 of SSR Part -I (2009) pit cover slab of size 300x300x50 mm with handle as shown in drawing funnel, wire mesh20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and slat in alternate layers incl necessary earth pole and excavation in hard/densesoil and removal etc incl testing complete. 41 Trimming of tree branches girth not exceeding 50 mm around OH eiectric lines and cleaning up to 3.00 mtr from the OH electric lines and removing trimmed branches from sites and stacking as ordered complete all as specified and as directed. 42 M&L for painting and to keep the yard clean including greasing of all equipments and their connector, nuts, bolts and easher of suitable size with all steel structure with suitable enamel paint of MRS 33/11 KV yard including 1500 KVA transformer -03 Nos, AVR 5000 KVA, 04 Nos 33/11 KV breaker, all CTs/PTs with writing of SM /MES Nos etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :- The power house shall be kept neat clean till completion of this contract by the contractor without any extra cost. 43 Supply and fixingHT Rubber Boot on HT side each transformer for safety from monkey all as specified and directed.
