Addition Alteration To Roof Projection Chajjah Etc And Connected Works Of Bldg No P 248 At Npol Kochi; 1 Demolition of brick work / PCC block masonry work built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified. 2 M&L Precast Concrete block masonry with solid blocks in PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm stone aggregative) exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4with minimum compressive strength of 5N/ sq mm complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) mixed withwater proofing compound) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.(Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately) . 5 Supply only liquid water proofing admixture. 6 M&L for preparation of new or old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of VX polymer based anti corrosive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer complete all as specified` 7 Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for 8 Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings. 9 S&F steel work in tubular trusses, rafters and posts etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 (grade st-240)complete all as specified and directed. 10 S & F structural steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing including distance pieces, cleats etc(F-290 Gd E-165) complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment all as specified and as directed. 12 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coatingGI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed. 13 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coatingGI based plainsheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed. 14 M & L for UPVC Rain water Pipes 150 mm dia(SCH-40) in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.
