C Invites Sealed Tenders From The Interested Parties / Agencies For The Supply And Delivery Of 8000 (Eight Thousand) Pieces Blank Continuous Computer Paper With The Following Specifications - Specifications: Item : Blank Continuous Computer Paper Size : 15 Inch X 12 Inch X Single Part Weight : 80 Gsm Design : Pre-Printed K.M.C Logo Tender Submission: Interested Parties / Agencies Are Requested To Submit Their Quotations In Sealed Envelopes Strictly Adhered To The Terms And Conditions Outlined Below. The Last Date For Submission Of Sealed Tenders Is 11.08.2025 At 04-30 P.M. Tender Opening: The Sealed Tenders Will Be Opened In The Chamber (3Rd Floor, Room No.325) Of The Chief Manager (S. R. & A. C) On 12.08.2025 At 02- 00 P.M. Terms & Conditions: 1. Tender Should Be Accompanied By Self Attested Photocopies Of Valid Documents Relating To P.A.N, Trade Licence, Professional Tax and Registration of G.S.T; 2. The Authority of the K.M.C reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof; 3. If the date of opening of tender remains a K.M.C holiday, then the aforesaid event will be held on the next working day at the same time; 4. E. M at the rate of 2(two) percent (of total quoted amount) in DD/Banker’s Cheque / Bank Draft should be enclosed with the tender; and 5. Authentic documents should be attached with the tender for exemption from deposition of Earnest Money. Submission Details: Sealed tenders should be submitted to the office of the Chief Manager (S.
