    Tender For Barricades On Bridge:- Supply, design, and install durable fabricated 8800 Sqm. barricades up to 3 m high from the bridge slab along both edges of the Pavana River bridges in the PMRDA area according to approved design-drawing intent with all necessary accessories (brackets, hardware, fasteners, etc.) included. The barricades shall be designed to withstand a wind pressure of 56 kg/m² per 15 875 Part III, with proof testing at 1.5x the design wind load. Fabrication shall use IS 2062 Fe 410 structural steel comprising channels, flats, and uprights-shop-fabricated via precision cutting, drilling, welding, or high-strength bolting in strict compliance with IS 800 workmanship standards. All steel surfaces shall receive a high-grade anti-corrosive paint system (surface preparation, primer, and topcoat) for outdoor resilience. The barricade line will consist of modular segments approximately 2.5 m wide, aligned and interconnected by robust upright posts employing factory-fitted interlocking spigot-and-socket joints or site-welded seamless connections, ensuring structural continuity, rigidity, and ease of installation or replacement.
