Tender For Special Repair To Bldg No. P-163 (Covered Shed For 2.5 Ton) Of Engr Regt At Lms.; 2 Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. 4 Ditto all as per Sl item No. 2.00 here-in-above but except brick complete all as specified and directed.(NOTE: Seviceable brick obtained from demolition under Sl item No 1.00 here-in-above shall be reused under the item) 5 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 onon fair surfaces of brick in two separate coats (10mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick top coat) using water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement as per manufacture instruction and finishing works/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all asspecified and directed.Note :(i)WPC will be measured and paid separately (ii)Rates deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding upto height 12 Mtr at reqd places.
