| 3 | Earthwork Excavation: Excavation in all types of soil with all leads, as per instructions, including backfilling of sides with excavated earth, proper ramming, and providing shoring and shuttering of sides if necessary, complete in all respects as per the directions. The disposed earth shall be levelled and neatly dressed. |
| 4 | Plain Cement Concrete (PCC): Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) in the ratio of 1:2:4 using 20 mm downgraded broken stone, including leveling, compacting, curing, and finishing complete, at any level as directed. |
| 5 | Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC): Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) in foundation, lintels, beams etc., including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing, and steel reinforcement using 10 mm diameter bars as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge, with concrete mix 1:1.5:3 (1 part cement : 1.5 parts coarse sand : 3 parts graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size), at any floor level for maintenance works. |
| 6 | Aluminium Work (Doors, Windows, Ventilators, and Partitions):Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators, and partitions in all floors using extruded built-up standard tubular and other sections of approved make, conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, anodized (minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) or powder coated to the required shade as per IS:1868.The sections shall be fixed with rawl plugs and screws, fixing clips, or expansion hold fasteners, including necessary filling of gaps at junctions-top, bottom, and sides-with required PVC/neoprene felt, etc. Aluminium sections (minimum thickness 1.5 mm) shall be smooth,rust-free,straight,mitered,and mechanically jointed wherever required.The scope includes cleat angles,aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, and C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Glazing and paneling shall be paid for separately. |
| 7 | Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) Work: Supplying and fixing 3 mm thick coloured Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheets for partitions, doors, and ventilators, using appropriate fixing clips and accessories, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Approved Brands: Eurobond/Aludecor/Alucobond. |

The work also includes the disposal of unserviceable materials from the campus, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 11 | Solid Block Masonry Work: Providing and constructing solid block masonry in walls using cement mortar in the proportion of 1:5 (1 part cement : 5 parts coarse sand), complete in all respects and at any floor level, as directed. |
| 12 | Cement Plastering : Providing and applying 12 mm to 15 mm thick cement plaster in the proportion of 1:4 (1 part cement : 4 parts fine sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement on all surfaces such as concrete walls, brick walls, columns, beams, etc., at all heights, complete as directed. |
| 13 | Fibre Reinforced Elastomeric Waterproofing Membrane: Providing and applying a fibre-reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers, having a Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of 105, on top of concrete roofs/floors in three coats @ 10.76 litres per 10 sqm.The application shall include:One coat of self-priming using elastomeric waterproofing liquid diluted with water in a 3:1 ratio.Two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid.The total dry film thickness of the complete system shall not be less than 500 microns.The surface shall be properly prepared by scrapping and cleaning with wire brushes, pressure washing, or equivalent methods to remove all loose particles before application.Approved Brands: Fosroc/Dr. Fixit/or equivalent, as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 14 | Providing and applying acrylic emulsion paint finish to walls, blockedpartitions, and plasterboard ceiling surfaces of approved shade, texture.Existing wall surfaces to be prepared by scraping away any loose particles,dust, etc by washing and scrubbing and 1 coat of primer approved by manufacturer to be applied. The wall surfaces are then smoothened using putty as approved by the manufacturer. Surfaces are then sandpapered to achieve a smooth finish and two or more coats of paint are applied as per manufacturer\"s specification. Make: Asian/Berger or approved equivalent. |
| 15 | PVC Flooring and Skirting Work: Providing and fixing homogeneous polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet flooring and skirting of 1.6 mm to 2 mm thickness (make: Tusker/Excel or other approved equivalent) in all floors, laid in the approved pattern over a smooth, dry, and damp-proof base using rubber-based adhesive of approved quality and make such as Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR-998, or equivalent.The work includes surface preparation, cleaning, filling of surface imperfections with JK Putty/POP (if required), and final rolling with a light wooden roller weighing approximately 5 kg, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 16 | GI Hollow Section Fabrication and Installation: Supplying, fabricating, and fixing G.I. hollow rectangular/square sections (e.g., 38×38×2 mm, 38×75×2 mm, etc.) of approved brand, including cutting, welding, and grinding to achieve a smooth finish. The work includes one coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respects as per the directions of the C-DAC official.Approved Brands: TATA/Apollo/Jindal or equivalent. |
| 17 | Mild Steel (MS) Chequered/Plain Sheet Fixing: Supplying and fixing 5 mm thick mild steel (MS) chequered/plain sheet over the existing steel framework, including cutting, hoisting, drilling, and welding in position, as per the approved design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Approved Makes: TATA/JSW/Jindal or approved equivalent. |
| 18 | Color Coated GI Roofing Work : Supplying and fixing 0.40 mm thick colour-coated GI roofing sheets of approved size and colour (make: Tata/Jindal/JSW or equivalent), including the cost of 2½\" GI pipe (16 gauge) columns fixed on proper concrete bases.The scope includes all necessary accessories for completing the roofing work,such as tap screws with self-drilling fasteners,J-hooks/L-hooks,nuts,washers, etc.The GI sheet shall be fixed over a supporting steel framework consisting of appropriate purlins, rafters, trusses, MS plates, and angles, properly anchored to the existing wall or metal structure using MS base plates and anchor bolts fixed in concrete. Rafters of size 2\" × 1½\" and purlins of size 1½\" × 1\" (both 18 gauge, GI make: Jindal / Apollo/Tata) shall be used as per design.The work shall also include: Cutting,hoisting, positioning, welding, and fixing of all steel components.Application of one coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all exposed steel members.Providing and fixing 6\" square PVC downpipes with all necessary fittings for proper drainage of rainwater to ground level.Supplying and fixing 2 mm thick polycarbonate clear sheets for natural light entry, at locations directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.All work shall be completed in accordance with the approved design and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
