Tender For Construction Of Additional Building At Vettaikaranputhur Community Hall H/O Kathaparai.; 1 Name of the Work : Construction of Additional Building at Vettaikaranputhur Community Hall H/O Kathaparai 2 Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with standard specification 3 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge handbroken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete comply 4 Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm 5 RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excludingcentering,shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete and also including fixingfan clamps and ixtures in rcc works 6 Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost ofsteel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete 7 Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand) using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm includingcuring,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete. 8 Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications. 9 Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of Rolling Shutter including all Charges 10 Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS Windows with two leave. The window outer frame will be 35x35x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 25x25x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 25x25x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats cover 11 Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness 12 Plastering surfaces of RCC itemssuch as slabs,beams,sunshades with cement mortar 1:3 -10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase ,steps, lands slabs etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete 13 Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2 cm approved qty with CM 1:3, 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc., 14 Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M. Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) 15 Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg./sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) 16 Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete. 17 Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete . 18 Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with priming coatincluding the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors. 19 Supplying and fixingP.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc 20 Supplying and fixing following electrical arrangement 21 PVC Light Point/fan Point SD17 22 Plug Point SD 36 23 Tube Light Fittings (SD 87) 24 AC Ceiling fan (SD 106) 25 Street Light Fittings (SD 94) 26 3/20 Copper Wire (SD 64) 27 7/20 GI Wire (SD 64) 28 20mm GI Service Pipe (SD 69) 29 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above ConstructionWorks.GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}(Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
