(Note:- Aluminum frame work shall be paid in relevant item). 2 ALUMINIUM STRUCTURAL WORK: Providing and erecting including assembling, fitting and fixing of 3 mm wall thickness anodized frame work of approved colour for glazed partition, laminated gypsum board /Bison Panel, partition, glazed doors and windows at various elevations (excluding glazing / gypsum board/ Bison Panel), including beveled glazed chip, neoprene gasket, wool pile weathering, louver panels and other fittings and fixture like Al. door handles, Al. tower bolts, Al. aldrops, Al. door stopper, etc. as required, along with necessary arrangements to fit the frame with concrete / masonry, mastic caulking, grouting, all labour and materials etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note:- Payment will be made on weight of anodized aluminum section used for works. No separate payment will be made for providing and fixing of Neoprene Gasket / Wool pile weathering and otherfitings, fixtures required as per fitting and fixtures schedule, however, payment for floor spring, glazing , Gypsum Board Bison panel shall be made under relevant item. 3 Providing and fixing pre-fabricated deco grill or equivalent expanded Aluminum grills made of anodized aluminum as per design and drawing having members section of size 7.5 mm X 6.0 mm and opening of size as per field requirment fixed to staircase opening with aluminum frame with required screws, Y & H aluminum section as per drawing at the ends and middle joints at all heights etc. complete as per specification & directed by the Engineer. 4 Providing & Fixing of the quality fittings Sliding door bolts of 16mm dia 300 mm long with necessary nuts & screws etc.: Anodized Aluminium as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Providing & Fixing of medium duty hydrolically regulated door closer of type-2, suitable for left or right or universal with necessary screws/ nuts, bolts etc. complete as Directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply of CE certified surface mounted overhead fire rated door clouser with adjustable forearm having rust proof metal body for fire doors. The door clouser should comply with EN 1154 standard, having selectable power size (spring strength range) from 3 to 6 (more selectable power range in both side is also acceptable)for fire door with 180 degree maximum door opening angle. The frame work system shall be made of powder coated G.I. T-Section of size 38 mm x 25 mm x 0.33mm, cross T-section of size 25 mm x 25 mm and wall angle of size 25x25x0.4mm fixed with wall or existing framework. Anti termite treatment of soil under floors and apron on the top surface of filled earth within and along with the plinth walls @ 5 ltr / sqm of the surface before the sand / sub grade is laid.
