Tender For Making arrangement for stoppage of flow of bagasse at Hafed Sugar Mill, Assandh (Complete in all respect)-- 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 4.14.1 All kinds of soil. 2 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 10 cum graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 4 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level: 1 : 1. 5: 3 ( 1 cement : 1. 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 3 cum graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 6 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 8 Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 9 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 10 6 mm cement plaster of mix: 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) 11 1 O mm thick cement plaster: 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) 12 Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete 13 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 14 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level, Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 15 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level.Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 16 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns 17 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. 18 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers 19 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts 20 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 21 Providing and fixing Hi, Rib profiled sheets 0.60mm TT (Total Thickness) (only± 0.2mm tolerance allowed) Hi Tensile galvalume/Zincalume steel sheet of the approved make having a hot dip metallic Zinc-Aluminium alloy (AZ-150) coating of minimum (150 gms/sqm) with 550 Mpa yield strength of approved blue colour (RAL-5012) the colour coating shall be as per IS 15965 of SMP or Super Durable Polyester Paint XRW fixed with hex head self-drilling screw sloping roof without curvature as per approved specification, drawing and design. 22 Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. 23 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1: 1.5:3 or richer mix (i/c equivalent cumdesign mix)
