Sh: supply installation testing commissioning Of Kseb Meter Panel.---Supplying and fixing of compartmentalized wall mounting cubicle metering panel board of suitable size fabricated from 2 mm CRCA sheet suitable for mounting the following including interconnections, Gl earth bar to the length of the board, painting with 2 coats of zinc chromate primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint etc. as reqd. (All the termination of the wires shall be done with suitable size copper lugs). a)3 Phase 4W CL 0.5 St LT TOD meter in separate compartment with view glass cubicle and sealable arrangement -1 No, b) 200A Four pole MCCB, 25KA with operating handle, spreader links and phase barriers etc, c) CT compartment with sealable arrangement with provision for incoming XLPE cable etc. as required.-1 No. Supplying of following sizes XLPE insulated, PVC Inner sheathed, armoured aluminium conductor, Galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable suitable for 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS: 7098/Pt.1 with up to date amdt. as required. a)3.5 x 150 sq.mm, Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. a) Above 95 sq. mm and up to 185 sq. mm, Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Above 95 sq. mm and up to 185 sq. mm, Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a)3% X 150 sq. mm (50mm)
