    Tender For Real-Time Pcr Cycler To The Tropical Disease Diagnosis Techniques Development Centre -Department Of Zoology, -Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning System should support all types of chemistries for gene expression, quantification experiments, pathogen detection, genotypjng, methylation studies, etc. • The system should be calibration-free and should not require periodic calibration or maintenance. • The system should operate with minimal consumables. • System should be able to perform genotyping experiments using standard PCR tubes. • System should use rotor-based or Peltier-based real-time thermal cycling technology. • Thermal performance and uniformity should be ±o.ol°C. Temperature accuracy should be ±O.15°C, and temperature resolution should be ±o.o2°c. • System should have up to five separate channels plus an HRM channel with minimal cross-talks, accommodating various fluorophores. • The system should have a fixed optical path with separate highpower excitation LEDs and emission filters per channel, and should not rely on a single light source for all excitation wavelengths. • The system should detect all tubes equally with the same optical path length and should not depend on ROX. • System should have a highly sensitive photomultiplier (PMT) PCR cycler detector with adjustable gain settings for sensitivity control, • The system should include software with an unlimited user license and maximum features available for the lifetime of the machine. • System should
