    Tender For Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing, Integration And Commissioning Of Lng Systems (Hp And Mp Vaporizer Etc) Along With Associated Lng Dispensing Facilities In Lcng Station At Radhanpur (2 Years Arc) LNG SYSTEMS (HP PUMP, MP PUMP, HP AND MP VAPORIZER ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED LNG DISPENSING FACILITIES IN LCNG STATION AT RADHANPUR Scope includes designing along with preparation of P&ID, PFD & GAD as per design basis, layout as per PESO rules and other applicable guidelines/Standards. The scope of work also includes but not limited to Design, Engineering, Fabrication, Supply, Testing, Inspection, painting, packaging, transportation, insurance, receipt, storage of Proposed Facilities comprising LCNG, LPNG & LNG dispensing system/facility and Gas Gen-set including associated piping which mainly consist of new 1 No. of 40-45 LPM HP pump (250 Bar(g) Discharge pressure), new 1 No. 2000 SCMH HP Vaporiser with 16 Hour duty cycle, new 2 nos. of 70-80 LPM MP pumps (1W + 1S) (Discharge pressure-26 Bar(g)), 1 No. New MP Vaporizer (1W) 5000 SCMH with 16 Hour duty cycle and health study of existing 02 nos. 2500 SCMH MP Vaporisers (1W + 1S) (Design Pressure 40 Barg) (8 Hour duty Cycle), 1 No. LNG Dispenser (190 LPM) (1 No. LNG Dispenser to be supplied as present scope of work with interconnection arrangement
