Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Laboratory; Zone Refiner; Service Provider REPAIR AND SERVICING OF RESISTIVE ZONE REFINING SYSTEM Replace 10 resistive heating elements (VUPS or equivalent make) Replace defective refractory materials Replace 10 Nos of K-type thermocouples (Thermal sensors or equivalent make) Replace 10 PID controllers (PPI/Swastik equivalent make) or Closed-loop control for each zone Repair . & of electronic control stepper motor circuit system and demonstration of smooth operation as per specification To check H gas line for leaks and replace damaged connectors, valves, and pipes Demonstration of leak-free operation A) General cleaning B) Replace all seals & O-rings Molybdenum heating elements with proper ceramic insulation Rating: [1 Kw] Use ceramic beads with thermocouples Each zone must have independent temperature control Translation: Forward: 10 mm/hr to 100 mm/hr Revere: 4000 mm/hr H: gas line must function continuously without leakage Comprehensive cleaning of both the interior & exterior of the system to be carried out to remove dust, Grease & rusted parts.
