GENERAL-ACTION PLAN 2025-26-M and R- Annual maintenance of Parannur chira in Wadakkanchery River for the year 2025-26-General Civil Work-- 1 Appendix A 2 OD9839/2025-2026:Watching & maintaining chira by engaging watchman by the Contractor such as regulating water , closing leakages and removing obstructions in front of chira as directed by departmental officers at site. 3 60.1.2:RING BUND Type II Putting up ring bund with earth fille gunny bags of top width 1.0m bottom width 2.0m height 2.0 m side and filling in between with earth to form ring bund and maintaining the same leak proof till the completion of the work and clearing the site by dismantling the bund after completion of the work.etc.complete. 4 60.8:Shutter for check dams- Supplying and providing Thambagam wood shutter planks 5cm thick including cost of materials and labour charges etc complete 5 OD9838/2025-2026:Supplying and fixing 25 mm wide and 2 mm thick M S straps on either ends of shutter planks including all cost and conveyance and labour charges etc complete. 6 OD9840/2025-2026:Supplying and fixing 10 mm dia M S hooks, 30 cm long including cost and conveyance and labour charges etc complete. 7 13.65.1:Painting with black anti- corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work 8 OD9842/2025-2026:Supply of good quality Grease for Chira shutter 9 OD9837/2025-2026:Supply of good quality Lubrication oil for Chira shutter 10 13.53.1:Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to given an even shade:New work (two or more coats) including coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution. 11 OD9843/2025-2026:Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work 12 OD9841/2025-2026:Keeping chira articles in safe custody after dismantinling the chira as directed by departmental officers
