directed. 2 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and fair with water proofing compound (External surface), complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for rendering 10mm thick other than fair faces surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement(Internal surfaces), complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surface in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparation of new/ previously untreated surface & applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over one coat of chalk whiting on wall surface, complete allas specified and directed . 6 M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wall and and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior quality (shade as approved by GE), complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new decorated surfaces of ceiling etc. incl cleaning washing etc. and applyingthree coat of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling incl pilasters and cornices etc. incl brooming down of steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old GE), complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shadesetc. and applying two coats of cement base paint (1st quality) with and incl curing the surfaces after application of cement base paint (tint as approved by GE), complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pilasters and cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stopping the connected previously treated surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pilasters and cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stopping the connected previously treated surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) including complete removal of existing surface with sand paper or iron patti / flat, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for preparation of old paintedwood or wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for preparation of old paintedwood or wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for preparation of old paintedsteel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for preparation of old paintedsteel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for preparing oldroof covering steel surfaces (corrugated roof sheets) of any type of treatmentsurfacesincl washing and cleaning etc. to steel and iron surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel roof paint, complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for preparation of old steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. 21 Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. 22 Removing weed vegetation, moss, small shrubs and rubbish material on chajjas, roofs, walls at any position and at any situation in ground floor, roof or in 2nd floor, ACC roof parapets and making good with cement plaster or surface finish as existing surface complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall and prepare the old surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colourwith silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ liter as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algae properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over one priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. 25 Notes for Item 21.00 to 24.00 :(a) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper,Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE.(b) Cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate.(c)The contractor shall upload MOU letter (on Non Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/- as specified) with any one of manufacturer and also with their authorized applicator mentioned in the tender along with their bid in Cover-I failing which his bid will be rejected. Authorized applicator shall have valid authorization letter from the manufacturer (Minimum regional HQs) and shall have been issued not earlier than 30 days from the bid submission start date.The authorization letter needs to be valid for the complete period of execution of the painting work.(d)After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall approve the same before applying primer and finishing coats.(e) Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained and shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge and contractor.(f) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into.(g) Contractor shall submit approved company generated 05 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & Final Bill.
