Tender For Repair/ Replacement Of Electric Poles, Conductors, Etc And Other External Electrification Works Within The Military Garrison Khumbathang In The Aor Of E/M Under Ge Khumbathang.; 1 Supply laying & testing in repair cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel striparmoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, earthed system of size 3 core 120 sq mm. 2 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole etc in hard/dense soil 3 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as directed. 4 Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point all as directed. 5 M&L for stone dust sand cushioning to UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed. 6 Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x180mm x 40mm placed perpendicular of the cable complete. 7 Supply and fix in repair GI Pipe Light gradewith all connected accessoriesof sizes100 mm dia completed as directed for cable protection 8 Cutting of existing road not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 0.45 mtr wide including black top sub base and WBM, well ramming in layers with watering afterlaying of GI pipe under road making good in all respectto match with the existing surface all as directed by E-in-charge. 9 S&F in repairscable end joint95to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable indoor type complete all as specified and directed. 10 S&F in repairscable end joint95to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable outdoor type complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F in repairscable straight through joint 95to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable completeincluding necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for Relaying of HT cable after rectification of the fault size 95 to 185 sq mm complete all as directed 13 M&L for services for cable fault location for 11 KV, 3 core XLPE Cable 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm with the help ofHT cable fault detector machine complete all as directed 14 M&L for filtration of transformer oil to remove moisture, sludge, carbon particles and to achieve dielectric strength/rupturing capacity of oil and topping up of oil to the required level of the transformer indicator level all as directed.Note: (a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid separately.(b) Filtration shall be done at site and on line. (c)BDV test shall be carried out before the filtration and after the filtration & results recorded in triplicate duly signed by the contractor, MES rep. and Engr-in-charge(d) Dielectric strength of the oil shall not be less than 50 KV after filtration & the rate quoted for the items shall be deemed to include the filtration till the desired dielectric strength is achieved. 15 Supplyandfill new transformer oil topping up / change complete superior quality having di - electric strength not less than 60 KV and ISI marked of approved make.Note:Items rates deemed to include for (a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked, and brought at site in sealed container only.(b)Collection of samples before and after topping up/changing including testing for dielectric strength. 16 Disconnecting the transformer any type situated at various locations11/ 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding.Dismantling the transformer and accessories, draining out insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externallyproviding new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, ovening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning.The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop for following capacities of transformer :- 17 100-350 KVA 18 500/750 KVA. 19 Notes(i)Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately. 20 (ii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. 21 (iii) Transportation of transformer for repair and re-installationis deemed to include in quoted rates. 22 M&L for taking out of burnt HT coil winding and replacement of the same with new copper wire coil of same gauge and turns including necessary insulation materialslike impregnated paper or super enamelled of transformers of capacity 250/500 KVA all as directed by Engr - in - Charge 23 M&L for taking out of burnt LT coil winding and replacement of the same with copper strips of same gauge and turns including necessary insulation materials of transformers of capacity 250/500 KVA all as directed by Engr - in - Charge 24 Disconnecting the transformer any type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully for rectifyingthe leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 100 to 500 KVA transformerand complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages, proper functioning and connecting the HT/ LT system all as specified and directedNote:- Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately 25 Supply only in repair of LT bushings with brass studs. 26 Supply only in repair of top cover gasket set. 27 Supply only in repair of radiator flanged gasket 6 mm thick. 28 Supply only in repair of oil level indicator gasket set. 29 Supply only in repair of HT bushing with brass studs11 KV. 30 Supply and fix in replacement of breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducers/connectors etc as per site requirement /capacity of transformer. 31 S&F in repair lightning arrestor non linear resister type (Surge) suitable for 11000 volt grade conforming to IS-3070 Part-I with discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps including stranded coloured sleeved jumper connection with PG clamps mounted on steel mounting fabrication of MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc all as specified and directed. 32 M & L for replacement of earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/piope or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earting etc as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip . 33 Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plateNo. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009.00 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm),funnel with wire mesh, Iwatering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified. 34 M&L for removing HT/LT over head conductor from the insulator where ever required and restretching the same without any kink/bend upto permissible sag,binding it on insulator by means of binding wire and replacing the old jumpers with new jumpers using conductor of the required size and testing the HT/LT overhead line after completion as directed. 35 S&F in replacement of steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolt, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 ( 9 mtr long ) complete all as specified and directed. Note:Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately . 36 Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushedstone aggregate in coping padestal to poles including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified. 37 Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushedstoneaggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified. 38 Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushedstoneaggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 and applying two coats of white wash to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified. 39 S&F in repair Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, of size 6/211 to 6/3010 mm (Squirrel to Ferret) straining properly on insulators with and including aluminium tape/winding wire, clamps & jumpers etc. complete all as specified.Note : 3% for sag shall be added in measurement . 40 S&F in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size asdirected and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat of zinc oxide and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified. 41 S&F in repair pin type porcelain vitreous/ polymer insulator 150 mm height and 150 mm dia for working pressure 11000 voltsincluding one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one iron nut complete all as specified. 42 M&L for disc typeinsulator,porcelain,vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type,white.brown or green two in series assembly for tension clamps for conductors for working pressure 11000 volts grade,including taking out existing unserviceable insulator of any type/description etc complete all as specified and directed 43 S&F in repair shackle type porcelain vitreous/ polymer insulator 150 mm height and 150 mm dia for working pressure 11000 volts including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washerand one iron nut complete all as specified. 44 S&F in repair pin type porcelain vitreous/ polymer insulator 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one iron nut complete all as specified. 45 S&F in repair shackle type porcelain vitreous/ polymer insulator 100mm height and 115 mm dia for working pressure 11000 volts including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washerand one iron nut complete all as specified. 46 S&F in repairstay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 and diameter of stay rod 16 mm (loop type insulator,stay clamps,excavation and concrete measured separately). 47 Taking down defective unserviceable GOD from pole and supply and fix gang operated air break switches 12 insulators mounted on MS Channel with operating mechanism worked from ground level suitable 11000 volts, 200 Amps including GI pipe handle clamps bolts, nuts, jumper wire connecting with stranded conductors complete with locking arrangements. 48 S&F in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet,vitreous enamelled white with letters,figures and conventional skul and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nuts of approved size,for HT,25x20 cm in size. 49 Servicing the 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact disc/pin inaulator with CTC & applying petrolium jelly at the contact point/down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted/corroded bolts nuts and defective insulator as required at site. (minor spares such as nuts, screw and washer deemed to be included in the rate rest items to be measured seperately). 50 Supplying and fixing in repair male/moving contact of GOD (set of three ) complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. 51 Supplying and fixing in repair female/fixed contact of GOD (set of three ) complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. 52 Supplying and fixing in repair copper tinned strip/belt of for connecting the male/female contact (set of three ) complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. 53 Material and labour for lifting of serviceable transformer of capacioty 100 KVA to 800 KVA, 11/0.433 KVA rated voltage, from one place to with ib 4 km radius including placing on plinth / pole mounting and connecting up all HT/LT connections, testing and energising the transformer complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge 54 Material and labour for painting of the tranformer complete by removing old paint by scrapping and providing spray paiting with synthetic enamel paint of approved make duly marking/writing MES/SM No. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge 55 (a) 100 to 315 KVA. 56 (b) above 500 KVA to 800 KVA. 57 Dismantling of old jumper and including supply and fixing of new jumper made out of ACSR conductor 6/1 X 3.00 mm (ferrit) inserted insde PVC pipe complete (length not exceeding 2 mtr), including testing on completion of the job complete all as specifed and directed. 58 Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 1,42,250.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule A Part-II (Credit Schedule)Note :Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the Contract Sum.
