Repairs To Mangalore Tiles Roof, Repairs To Eaves Board, Valley Gutters And Certain Misc B/R Works In Md Accn At Cme; 1 Dismantling tiling of single layer Mangalore Pattern roof tile laid dry complete all as specified and directed 2 All as per item No 01 above but bedded in lime or cement mortar complete all ,as specified and directed. 3 M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore Pattern, interlocking at side joints laid dry, including dismantling tiling of single layer Mangalore Pattern roof tilecomplete all as specified and directed. 4 All as per item No 03 above but except tile complete. 5 M&L for ridge tiles, Mangalore Pattern, set and jointed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 6 All as per item No 05 above but except Mangalore Pattern ridge. 7 M&L for preparation of mangalore tile surface including brooming down, steel wire,brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, algea etc and applying two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint (roof guard) alkali & fungal resistance dirt resstance exterior paint of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley, gutters etc. complete all as specified and directed. 23 S & F for 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised ,mild steel sheeting , in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed ) with grade of zinc coating 275 etccomplete all as specified and directed 24 S&F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with J hooks and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for removing oftrees any size alongwith grass roots from surroundings of water storage tanks by manually with the help of sharp tools and filled up small holes with PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 (12.50mm
