Annual Repair And Maintenance Of Sasb Qtrs At Srinagar By Way Repairs To Damaged Roofs And Walls ,Washrooms And Drainages Etc And Other Civil Works For Yatra 2025.- 1 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 mand lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil : 2 Providing and laying of soling stones of required grade for filling under floors including all carriages of material. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level Mud mate in 1:4:8 using 20 mm nominal size crushed aggregates. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level in 1:3:6 using 20 mm nominal size crushed aggregates. 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns. 6 Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete. 7 Providing and fixing of door with double shutter i.e.panalled door and Glazed doormade with wooden frame and panalled with superior quality teak wood both side laminated12 mm thick With a required size , fixed with required fittings/ fixtures etc including Kailwooden Chowkhat of approved make complets job. 8 Providing and fixing of windows with glazed and wire guaze shutterscomplete includingglass pans and wire guazeof required size with wooden chowkhat of kailwoodincluding all carriages of material up to site of work complets job. 9 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specification 10 Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution. 11 Supply And fixing of Electrical gyser 25 Litre Capacity of approved quality / make. 12 Supply And fixing of Wall Fanof approved quality / make. 13 Supply And fixing of Exhaust Fan 300 mm or moreof approved quality / make. 14 Providing and fixing of mild steel grill for doors and windows . 15 supply and fixing of curtain rods of approved make including brackets and latoos etc. complete. 16 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid , 10 liter low level white vitreous china flushing cistern and CP flush bend with fittings and C.I. brackets, 40mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required:W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid. 17 Providing and fixing plasticized PVC connection pipe with brass unions. 45cm long , 15mm nominal bore 18 Providing and fixing C.P brass angle valve for basin mixer and gyser points of approved make conforming to IS:8931. 15mm NB. 19 Providing and fixing of brass bib cock of approved quality. 15mm NB. 20 PTMTpillar cock of approved quality 15 mm dia. N 21 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) Size of tile 600x600 mm 22 carriage of all material from source to site of work including loading and unloading etc complete
