    Tender For Plant And Machinery Category And Located In Bangalore (As Per Ibbi Registration) For The Valuation Of Obsolete / Condemned Items, Including Furniture, Office Equipment, Civil And Electrical Items, And Computer Peripherals Available At Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore Centre (Isi Bc). The Selected Valuer/Firm Will Be Required To Do The Following:- (i) Segregation of obsolete/condemned items, including furniture, office equipment, civil and electrical items, and computer peripherals available in different locations of ISIBC Campus into various categories on an As is where is basis. (ii) Preparation of a detailed list of all obsolete / condemned items, under each category, to be disposed of on an As is where is basis. (iii) Valuation of the items listed under each category with the Book value available, and in cases of non-availability of book value, valuation has to be worked out on an As is where is basis. (iv) Prepare and submit a comprehensive valuation report to enable the Institute to dispose of these items through Govt. Institutions.
