    Tender For Installation Of Fire Safety Equipments At Hotel Pondicherry Ashok; 1 Fire Fighting System :Supply, installation and testing of fire pumps and panelgenerally as specified. i) all accessories as mentioned in the data sheet.ii) vibration mounts & suction and discharge flexibles. iii) Test connection excluding starter panel & foundation. 2 20HP hydrant pump 3 Starter Panel 4 3c x 4sq mm armoured FRLS copper cable 5 Fire Hydrant System:Supply and installation of external Hydrant Systems. 6 Two way inlet 7 External hydrant single head stand-post type generally as required. 8 Hose Reel Drum with 30 Mts Nozzle Set as Required 9 External hose cabinets as specified for wall mounting or free standing complete with:i) Mild steel or fibre glass cabinet with glass vision panels & support structureii) 63mm dia controlled percolation canvas hoses 2 x 15m long hoses with couplings and Nozzle or branch pipe 10 Supply and Laying external piping (UNDERGROUND)generally as specified using M.S. pipe conforming to IS 3589heavy class complete with:i) All pipes and fittings together with flanges, neoprene gaskets, bolts & nutsii) Pypcoat wrapping as specified. 11 80mm 12 25mm 13 Supply & installation of 80mm butterfly valves with holding flanges generally complete as required. 14 Supply & installation of 80mm non-return valves with holding flanges generally complete as required. 15 Forged brass 25mm ball valve threaded 16 Air relase valve 17 pressure gauge with U syphon & cock 0-10kg 18 pressure switch 19 Fire Alarm System:Supply, installation, testing and commissioning conventional type panel ofgenerally conforming to the intents of specification complete with as reuired.i) 8 Zone panel.ii) Battery & Battery charger. iii) All internal wiring 20 8 zone panel 21 manual call point 22 metal hooter 24v DC 23 7AH battery 24 2Cx1.5 sq.mm FRLS armoured cable
