Tender For Renovation Work For The Lift Cabin In The Main Building Of Cbri Institute; Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar 2 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 4 Encasing rolled steel sections, in beams and columns, with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including centering and shuttering complete but , excluding cost of reinforcement. 5 Providing and fixing roofing consist of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3 mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be supported on structural steel beam with shear studs. (Structural steel like Beam, column, joists etc. & concrete of different grade as per design will be paid separately). 6 Providing and laying ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow 100 mm micro concrete of Compressive strength ≥ 50 MPa (28 days) according to ASTM C 109 of approved make and manufacture complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for replacing the damaged part of concrete and repairing the damaged surface of concrete after fix the form work across the profile of damaged structural element. Pour the free flow non shrink. Cementitious free flow micro concrete mix in the form work. (Product :- Renderock RG of Fosroc/ SikaRep® Microcrete -4 of Sika / MasterEmaco S-346 of BASF or equivalent of Pidilite). 7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level : highly yeild deformed bar FE-500 8 Providing and fixing ISI markedS S handles Handlewith necessary screws etc. complete 9 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. 10 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. 11 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level :highly yeild deformed bar FE-500 12 Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand). 13 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 14 Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect : SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer 15 Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase 16 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) 17 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) 18 Providing and fixing 3mm thick ACP Sheet(Alstrong / Indobond or equal standard make)in the existing Aluminium door frame including ACP sheet, labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect at site as per direction of Engineer in charge. 19 Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 21 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) sqm 116.90 22 12mm thick plaster in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) mortar 23 Carriage of dismantlled and debrige material from site to outside of Campus area by tractor trollyas per direction of Engineer-in Charge. 24 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 25 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 26 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge : With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) 27 Taking down carefully old electric point wiring, sub main , switch board, Power point all electric fitting & fixture etc from Main Building Lift Workand shifting of old materials with CBRI (Central Store )as required and directed by engineer-incharge. 28 Wiring for light Point /fan point /exhaust fan /call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit with modular switch of Legrand Myrius/ Havells crabtree Athenamake ISI marked, modular plate suitable G.I Box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cableHavell’s/ Finolex/Polycab/ KEI make including ceiling rose , blanker etc as required.
