Tender For Carriage, Installation And Commissioning Of 160 Mva Transformer C And R Panel At 220 Kv Htps, Under Etd-Ii Aligarh. - Carriage of Transformer C&R Panel (2 control and 2 relay panel) Diverted from 400KV unnao S/S to 220KV HTPS , Kahimpur, Aligarh. 2 Shifting of Transformer C&R panel (2 control panel & 2 relay panel) from store to loading point and safety loading of 4 Nos 220KVC&R panel with the help of manual labour/crane at 400kV Unnao along with other associated work with cost of men , material , T&P etc required for satisfactory completion of work in the direction of supervising engineer. 3 Safe carriage ofTransformer C&R Panel(2 control panel & 2 relay panel)on suitable capacity/size vehicle arranged by the contractor from 400kv unnao substation/other substation to 220KV HTPS (350KM) 4 Unloading and proper stacking of Transformer C&R Panel (2 control panel & 2 relay panel)from the vehicle to store/suitable place with the help of manual labour/crane at 220KV HTPS aligarh alongwith other associated work with all cost of man, material and T&P required for the completion of work as per direction of supervising emgineer 5 Dismantling of 220/132KV Relay and other panel(old and obsolete)including opening of all cable connection and cutting of earthing Etc and its shifting from control room (2nd floor) to substation store 6 Shifting of Transformer C&R Panel (2 control panel & 2 relay panel) from storage place to control room(2ND FLOOR) upto erection place including providing and fixing of anchor fastners , cable trays & earthing flats etc and erection of all the panels and providing encloser door as per requirement of panel & all associated works as per technical specification as per direction of supervising engineer . 7 Safely removal of different sizes of cable from control room / cable room /cable tray/cable trench as per 220kV switchyard Harduaganj TPS condition with all associated works 8 4C*2.5 Sq.mm 9 6C*2.5 Sq.mm 10 10C*2.5 Sq.mm 11 Laying of different following size of additional control cable as per requirement of new CRPin cable trenches from control and relay panel in control room to various equipments, junction boxes etc in switchyard as per cable schedule, its saddling including carriage of cable drums from store to work and shifting back to store with all associated work to complete the job as per technical specifications:- 12 4C*2.5 Sq.mm 13 6C*2.5 Sq.mm 14 10C*2.5 Sq.mm 15 Termination/wiring ofTransformer C&R panel (2 control panel & 2 relay panel)as per cabling schedule including providing and fixing of cable glands, ferrules, lugs and dressing etc with all associated works as per technical specification . 16 Testing/Commissioning of Transformer Control panels includingas per NRPC/UPSLDC etc with all associated works as per technical specification 17 Testing/Commissioning of Transformer relay panelsincluding configuration of each relay in panelas per NRPC/UPSLDC etc with all associated works as per technical specification
