Rate for 10m3 7 Supplying and erecting centeringshuttering includingnecessary supportsforplane etc., complete. 8 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification. (sunshade slab) 9 Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing 10 Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc.,as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. 11 Paving the floor with best approvedquality fine polished shahabadstone slabs of size 600x600 Of 18/20mm with machine marblecut edges and matching marbles labnot less than 100mm width other than adangamarbles as border laid overa cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cementmortar1:3(One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 12 Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panellingwherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers) 13 Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 14 Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution. 15 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mixto12mmthick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 16 Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mixto 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 17 Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm X 23cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight. 18 Distembering two coats with best approved distemberincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 19 Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colourpaint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete. 20 Supplyingof steel doors, windows, ventilators etc., withbest approved best qualityetc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 21 Fabrication and supply of mild Steel Doors, Windows, Ventilator & Jolly of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 22 Rolling shutter 23 Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete 24 Labour Charges for Fixing the Doors inculding all Charges etc.. 25 Labour Charges for Fixing theSteel Window inculding all Charges etc.. 26 Supplying & fixingwith cuddapah slabs 20-30mm thick for cup board including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc .comp. 27 Supplying and fixingP.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia 28 Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm colour glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with P or S trap conforming to BIS etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 29 Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm.
