    Annual Plan-Annual Plan 2025-26-Pookottukavu Grama Panchayat-GLPS Thanikunnu building renovation-Proj.No.105/25-26-General Civil Work - Building Rennovation 2 OD127236/2025-2026:Removing white or color wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratched etc., complete. 3 13.60.1:Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work 4 13.61.1:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work 5 4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources) 6 4.3.1:Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns 7 50.6.2.1:Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 15cm in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand) etc complete 8 13.1.1:12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) 9 50.18.9.6.2:Providing and fixing PVC pipes includings jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 50 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 10 50.18.9.13.2:Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing.
