    Selection of agency for providing facility management services to manage the publicity and promotional campaign of West Bengal Tourism at the Tourist Information Centers (TIC) at International and Domestic Lounge of Netaji Subhash Chandra International Airport, Kolkata- 1 Manpower at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata : Bidder shall not be allowed to quote negative service charge. The bidder quoting the negative/ less percentage shall be disqualified 2 Tourist Information Official at Domestic Lounge at NSCBI Airport (6 am - 2 pm) 3 Tourist Information Official at Domestic Lounge at NSCBI Airport (2 pm - 10 pm) 4 Tourist Information Official at International Lounge at NSCBI Airport (2 pm - 10 pm) 5 Tourist Information Official at International Lounge at NSCBI Airport (10 pm - 6 am) 6 Facility Maintenance Attendant at International Lounge at NSCBI Airport (10 am - 6 pm) 7 18% GST Calculated on Total Manpower Cost based on Latest order of Minimum Wages 8 Bidders shall quote percentage as Sercice Charge on Total Manpower Cost, which shall be exclusive of all the taxes, duties and levies in consideration of right to undertake the project.The rate must be quoted per month basis.Service Charge also includes the cost of Cleaning, Equipment along with raw materials (i.e. Disinfectant, Cleaning Agent and Air-freshener etc.) for cleaning, dusting, disinfecting
