Repair Renovation Of Mechanical Bar Screens Installed At Model Town Sps- 1 Arrangement of all safety Equipment for the protection of staff to work in the deep channel and atheight,making theworking areafreefrom alltoxicgasesandfreefrom accidentsduring working at site as per NHRC guidelines 2 Servicing & overhauling of the 2 Ton Capacity EOT Cranes installed on the Mechanical Bar Screens for safe & smooth operation. 3 Replacement of existing damaged Ms chain of 2 Ton EOT Crane with the new 8 mm thick SS Chain. 4 ReplacementoftherustedanddamagedelectricalPanelBoxinstalledovertheBar Screens with new ones. The job also includes replacement of faulty contractors and its re - wiring. 5 ReplacementofexistingwornoutTinoftheroofoverthemechanicalbarscreenwithnew PPGI Sheet forShedofsizeof5 meterx5 meter. The job also includes dismantling of the existing and depositing the same in the store of the concerned engineer. 6 Pumping out the complete sewage water from the sump after closing of the Penstock gates of the incoming sewer lines. The job also includes dewatering of the sewage water left out in the bar screen chamber with the help of suitable size of sewage submersible pumps. 7 Removing of the garbage accumulated in the manual bar screen at inlet chamber (at the depth of30 feet)with the help oflabourequippedwith all othermiscellaneousT&P likepackage, shovel, hoe etc for removing of the floating material and garbage from the sump wells. (4 Nos in each shift) 8 Strengthening oftherustedandwornoutguidechannelswiththenewMSChannelofSize 150x75 mm. The job also includes fixing of fasteners & welding works for smooth movement of screens. 9 Lifting of the screens from the bottom of the bar screen with the help of chain pulley blocks and labor equipped with the safety equipment. 10 Repairing of the screens by replacement of the broken, damaged & missing MS Flats of the Screens in proper spacing. The job also includes re fixing of the screens with the new SS Chain with the help of new SS hook in the guide channels. 11 Providing of SS Panji for regular cleaning of the screens. 12 Strengthening by replacement of the rusted & weak MS Sheet / MS Bar or flat of Jaal/ railing / channel Bar Screen area with new as per the site requirement. 13 CompletepaintingworkoncompletestructureoftheBarScreen,includingpaintingand primer charges by one coat of primer & minimum two coats of required shade & color etc. 14 Testing and commissioning of the mechanical bar screens.
