Tender For Work Of Repair Of Line And Pole Damaged In Natural Calamity Under Electricity Urban Distribution Section Jewar - Carriage of Dog/Wasel/Raccon Conductor if any from Store Center to JE Store/ Pit site through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-50 Kms.) 2 Carriage of Dog/Wasel/Raccon Conductor if any from JE Store/ Pit sit to site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-50 Kms.) 3 Carriage of following from Store Center to JE Store/Pit site through the Kacha and Pakka road by using manual labour or tractor/Hydra as per site requirmentincluding the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-70 Kms.) 11 KV X-Arms, weasal conductor, G.I wire,Disc Insulators, Pin insulators, clamps and otherrequired for LT/11KV/33KV line material, if any. 4 Carriage of following from JE Store/Pit sit to realted33/11 KV Substations and to site of work i.e. pit point through the Kacha and Pakka road by using manual labour or tractor/Hydra as per site requirmentincluding the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-70 Kms.) 11 KV X-Arms, weasal conductor, G.I wire,Disc Insulators, Pin insulators, clamps and otherrequired for LT/11KV/33KV line material, if any. 5 Removal of existing ACSR Weasel conductor from damaged line/Pole including opening of jumpers etc as per requirement of site and as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 6 Removal of existing ACSR Dog/Raccon conductor from damaged line/Pole including opening of jumpers etc as per requirement of site and as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 7 Removal of existingArial Bunch Conductor 3x50/95/120 sq mm from damaged line/Pole including opening of jumpers etc as per requirement of site and as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 8 Replacement of 8.5 Mtrs. and 9 Mtr. Long damaged PCC pole by opening of all existing accessories from damaged pole properly and removal of damaged pole and erect the new pole at same place including fixing of all existing accessories on the new pole etc. as per direction of supervising engineer. It including the cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 9 Replacement of 11/13 Mtrs. Long damaged ST pole by opening of all existing accessories from damaged pole properly and removal of damaged pole and erect the new pole at same place including fixing of all existing accessories on the new pole etc. as per direction of supervising engineer. It including the cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 10 Replacement of 8.5 Mtrs. Long damaged PCC Double Pole by opening of all existing Accessories, T/F from damaged Double pole properly and removal of damaged poles and Erection of New Double Pole at same place including fixing of all existing accessories on the New Double Pole etc. as per direction of supervising engineer. It including the cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 11 RE-Mounting of 10/16/ KVA Transformer on the Single Pole/Double pole structures and connections thereof. 12 RE-Mounting of 25/63 KVA Transformer on the Double pole structures and connections thereof. 13 Reinstallation of stay set withNuzzling etc. 14 Laying, sagging, stringing,jumpering and binding etc. ofnew &old ACSR Weasel conductor in 11 KV/ LT lines as per RESPO manual as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work 15 Laying, sagging, stringing,jumpering and binding etc. ofnew &old ACSR Dog/Raccon Conductor in 11 KV/33KV lines as per RESPO manual as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work 16 Laying, sagging, stringing,jumpering and binding etc.ofnew &old Arial Bunch Conductor 3x50/95/120 sq mm. in LT lines as per RESPO manualas per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work 17 Replacement of damaged 33KV/11 KV X-Arm Old X-arm Reinstallation along with Nut & Bolt and all other related accesoories. 18 Replacement of damaged 33KV/11 KVDisc Insulator with fitting along with Nut & Bolt and all other related accesoories. 19 Replacement of damaged 33KV/11 KV/LTPin Insulator with Pin with fitting along with Nut & Bolt and all other related accesoories. 20 Supply and Replacement of damaged 33KV/11 KV/LTF Clamp/X-Arm Clamp/D.P.Clamp/L.T. Pin Clamp with fitting along with Nut & Bolt and all other related accesoories. 21 Guarding/Reguarding of 11 KV line by laying two nos. GI wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtrs. as per direction of supervising engineer/RESPO manual. It includes the cost o f labour T&P carriage etc required for proper completion. 22 Chopping of Tree branches to Clear the line route to give horizontal and vertical clearance to the line including cost of labour T&P etc. 23 Re- sagging and stringing ofACSR Weasel conductor in 11KV/ /LT line as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour,T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 24 Re- sagging and stringing of ACSR Dog/Racoon Conductor. in 11KV/ /LT line as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour,T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 25 Re- sagging and stringing of 50/95/120 sqmm ABC 11KV/ /LT line as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour,T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 26 Re- sagging and stringing of existing conductor in 33 KV line as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour,T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work A) ACSR Dog/Racoon Conductor. 27 Re-nuzzling of old stay set by opening old binding for better straightening of pole and re-sag the existing conductor of H.T/L.T line properly as per direction of supervising engineer. 28 Straightening of 8.5/9 Mtr. Long PCC/ST/Rail Pole tilted poleat various places by straighteningof pole including the cost of labour ,T&P charges required for proper completion of work. 29 Carriage of 8/9 Mtr PCC Pole and 11/13 Mtrs. long Damaged ST pole from Pit Site to J.E. Store/Store Center through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-50 Kms.)
